Very good offer for breakfast, excellent coffee on a pleasant terrace. The bonus points are the free parking and the air conditioning which was well placed so we enjoyed it during the hot days. Location is excellent, close to the old city center and to the trails. We also bought quality wine from the restaurant's bar.

The elevator was not working, not so convenient for the top floor guests. The staff offered to help with carrying our luggage and mentioned that the elevator will be repaired asap.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were polite. Cleaning staff came to catch us before we left, with an item I left behind, which was very much appreciated. It was wonderful having a nearby parking lot!! Hotel was well located right in the heart of the city.

I could not get the outlet in the bathroom to work, and the toilet seat was not attached well. It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room, like most hotels.

A lovely little hotel just minutes from the village centre. The rooms are not overly large but spotlessly clean and comfortable with good coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent with a very good selection of cheeses and cold meats as well as pastries, pancakes, yoghurts, fruit and boiled eggs. There's also onsite parking and an elevator. Would definitely stay again when in the Alsace.

The hotel is charming and in a prime location to the town. We were greeted with great kindness and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! The room was spacious, very clean and the beds were comfortable! The hotel food was really delicious! A great choice for a hotel when visiting Eguisheim!

This hotel is run by a cute hard working couple who are attentive to their guests. The room was a nice size for a family of 3 and we loved having a tub in our room.

The rooms might need a bit of updating and giving guests the option of tea and coffee in the rooms would be an added plus.

We had visited Colmar and Eguisheim and this hotel is excellently placed just on the edge of Eguisheim. The room we stayed in was very nice with a balcony. We had our evening meal and breakfast at the hotel, both of which were very good.

Nothing, we would stay here again.

Wonderful room, spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and in the best location of the pretty village of Eguisheim. The restaurant area was very beautiful although we didn't have breakfast

The hotel opens at 3 pm for the check in so when we arrived earlier we couldn't leave our luggage. Also a tea/coffee maker in the room would be nice

This is a special hotel in beautiful Equisheim! It's location on the edge of the city center is easy and perfect. It appears newly remodeled with bar, restaurant and wine shop. The owner could not have been more friendly or helpful. The restaurant has limited seating but the food was delicious. Breakfast was a little busy but also delicious. Parking is just behind the building. We wished we had one more night here!

Great location. Has a car park. Had a wonderful terrace attached to our room, which was an upgrade due to last minute lack of facilities.

Nothing . My average score for facilities was because of a last minute staff shortage due to illness prevented the reception and bar from being open. But the manager contacted us and offered either free cancellation or a room upgrade. Good arrangements were made for us to gain access to the hotel on arrival.

Great location on the edge of Eguisheim. The staff were very friendly even though our French is non-existent. The onsite restaurant was very nice and the hotel has a great range of wines and beers to buy.
