We had the pleasure of staying at this charming guesthouse and it exceeded all expectations. The room was beautifully appointed, with attention to every detail, and the bathroom was simply stunning, offering a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delightful surprise - champagne to toast the beginning of our stay, setting the tone for a truly memorable experience. The highlight of our stay, however, was the fantastic home-cooked breakfast prepared by our wonderful host, Laure. We were treated to a feast of local delights, including homemade cheese, jams and honey that added a special touch to every bite. Overall, our time at this guesthouse was nothing short of magical, thanks to the impeccable accommodations, delectable breakfast, and the warm hospitality of Laure. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable getaway. Highly recommended!

Loved everything! Absolutely nothing not to like!

A classic B&B - you stay at the host's house - in central Épernay. Easy walking distance to everything in the center, and easy off-the street parking on the same street. Laure is an exceptional host, gives great ideas and advice and even booked a restaurant for me. A lovely bonus: a glass of champagne awaits you upon arrival! The bed was comfortable, and in spite of the central location, the room was quiet so I slept very well. I loved the room service breakfast, a delicious a and tranquil start to the new day. Warmly recommended.

Beautiful, clean and spacious room with very comfortable bed and seating area in a separate room - ideal for if your travel partner already wants to go to bed and you still want to read or watch something. Very sweet and hospitable host who even prepared a recommendations book about places to visit, restaurants to eat, etc. Excellent breakfast with homemade confiture, honey, cake, cookies and good coffee! Champagne apiritif was served upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Nothing about the rooms or host I can think of. Perhaps only that there is no private parking available which concerned us a bit at first with luggage in the car (we were only travelling through). Although we easily found a parking spot in front of the hotel as there was plenty of space in the streets around the accommodation.

Excellent location. Close to Avenue de champagne , the train station and the town centre. The breakfasts so amazing. The rooms very comfortable and spacious . If you want the french experience you will get it here. The hostess is very warm and friendly. The property is very secure. You are able to open french doors to a garden courtyard. We felt very special staying here.

It was perfect.

Excellent host and very nice to visit with. Laure was a warm, and lovely host. She made us a spectacular breakfast each morning and we even tried several of her home made breads, cakes, James, and cheese!! The apartment was very clean, and bed was quite comfortable! The bathroom was large and we loved the shower! Great pressure, hot water, and the water was so soft on the skin! Every amenity was thought through as was every detail! This home is in a great central location to everything!

This B & B is in a great position. Can walk to shops and restaurants. The room was quite large and very comfortable with an adjoining small sitting room which opened onto a private courtyard. The hostess went to alot of trouble and provided dinner the night we arrived and always something special at breakfast. Having a small refrigerator in the room was great.

Nothing major at all. The toilet cubicle in the bedroom was extremely small. There was no where other than a hanging cupboard for clothes. No big deal if only travelling for a couple of weeks but we were travelling 7 weeks and had quite a few clothes.

The staff was absolutely amazing!! We ate at the nice restaurant and it was very good. Breakfast one morning was amazing. Stayed Sunday - Tuesday for the best prices as well.

That we couldn't get in at the other restaurant as they were full and we couldn't get a reservation after we checked in.

The BNB was so cute with lots of character. We had so much space and a small shared terrace out back. Laure is a great host! She is super responsive and her attention to detail is amazing!

We really liked everything. The toilet stall is a little snug, but really no big deal! It would also maybe be helpful to have a way to reach Laure when she is upstairs without feeling intrusive!

Spotlessly clean, very homely property (we had the large horse room with our own lounge area) & Laure is a fantastic host - cooked us a delicious dinner (including amazing dessert and great champagne )and breakfasts were huge and tasty (homemade yogurt , pancakes one morning , almond cakes the other ). Lots of lovely extras like biscuits, jam & honey pots to take home . A fantastic location in Epernay. Thank you Laure 😊

Laure is a wonderful host who loves to serve and make her guests happy and comfortable. She went out of her way to prepare for me gluten free goodies. She cooked us wonderful breakfasts with homemade yogurt and jam. She also prepared our dinner one night since it’s hard to eat out on a Sunday. Our room was comfortable and large. She provides many amenities for the bathroom including robes and slippers. Highly recommend.
