The hotel is nice, clean, it looks like in the photos. The staff was ok and it was very helpful to have water provided by the hotel. The area felt safe and there is a tram station and a train station not far away and also few places where you can eat (nothing fancy).

If you are not familiar with the transportation in Paris it can get tricky during the evening / night to get home. The hotel is situated quite far from the city centre. Also at the check-out, though we paid the room at the check-in, the receptionist asked me to pay again.....it was a very good idea to keep the reciept.

This is a great hotel for the money and we are already booked in for next year. It is spotlessly clean, the maid changes the towels every day. The room is small but is all we needed, the bed was very comfy, a great power shower, there is shower gel and hand wash provided on the wall of the shower and sink. There is also a second internal door which is superb idea to dull the noise from people walking along the corridor later at night, we never heard a thing with this double door closed. The staff are all friendly and we paid for a breakfast one morning and it really was a great breakfast, everything you could want, cereal, fruit, pastries, cakes, eggs, toast, meat, cheese, jams, juice, tea & coffee, really good. There is a water fountain in reception so you can always fill your water bottle. There are lifts and the room doors have good locks. There is a Metro 10 min walk away takes you up to the city centre and also a train line 10 mins away as well up to St Michel Notre Dame for CDG Airport. There is also a bus 123 another 10 mins in opposite direction from the train/metro and we used for Roland Garros takes you directly to it. Super location out of the main city but with lots of access.

The only thing we were disappointed not to get a kettle in the room but it was not a big issue, but would be a nice touch to have a small kettle.

Nicely decorated room, big bathroom (not a given in the Paris area), friendly staff, very good curtains to block off lights, quiet area, but still close to many restaurants and parks. All in all, very functional and what to be expected of an Ibis hotel. Surprise plus - there is one of the best bakeries in Paris just around the corner. This was our third visit to this hotel. We like this area of Paris, as it is quiet, safe, relatively young neighbourhood, close to the St. Germain island (which is our favourite place in Paris :)).

The hotel has an on-going renovation, which is completely not bothersome to the guests (at least it was not to us), but it is visible throughout the hotel.

Nothing not to like - under the influence and control of the hotel. Nice and forthcoming staff.

The tram and bus services are not optimal. That is not the Hotel´s fault. We ended up walking home about 5 km from Paris city center. Took us about an hour, same amount of time as taking the bus / tram to the city center.

Great area and friendly employees. The room was also very clean and well maintained. I would definitely come back again here. We had also good public transport connections from that locations including tram and bus.

Staff friendliness and helpfulness. We checked in very late and the process was straightforward. Also enjoyed that breakfast was between 6am to 12pm

I was slightly confused that Booking has only charged for the rooms and not for the city tax. But the staff at the reception were polite and patient with my confusion.

Every piece of furniture is in good condition, the cleaning service is exceptional, good value for money. I would recommend it.

Noise from the other rooms, problems with the shower system (it is not adjusted at one temperature, it usually fluctuates).

Clean, reasonable parking, a few shops and restaurants around, 15 minutes to eiffel tower

Air conditioning kept shutting down by itself at random, big fat rat around the corner at the rubbish bins, coach blocked parking entrance (but left soon)

We cycled from Dieppe to Paris. Hotel staff stored our bikes in a safe room. Room was comfy, breakfast was copious and tasty, Hotel reception booked us taxi to get to station.

Hotel is 15 mins walk to nearest Metro or restaurants.

Comfortable and clean room, peaceful neighborhood and friendly staff. Amazing value for money.

A bit far from the public transport- 15 minutes walk from the metro. The coffee was terrible even for the low French standards. :)
