Great location, about 30 min with taxi from Orly airport. Next to hotel you have tram and train stations so very convient for Versalies ( 5-7 stops) direction or Paris ( Eiffel, Louvre). 15 min walk from hotel was Aquaboulevard so bonus on top of all hols. Grocerie shop abt under 10 min away from hotel, there is lovely park literally next door to hotel so fantastic for stroll. Walk to Eiffel is only under 1 hour if you would like to have a stroll along Seine River altho train will take u in 10 min :) (2 Stops) but we wanted to explore. We didnt book breaki as we wanted to eat outside. Subway is opposite hotel and few other places near by. Staff very polite. Rooms good for family of 4, clean. Had double bed and sofa bed for kids, shower and bath, toilet. Little fridge in room, kettle, small sink, microwave and fridge. Would defo recomend and would come back myself.

As always you can find things not to be happy about but we were literally sleeping in room and enjoying Paris so wont go into negatives.

about this property was very great situated, one minute from train, bus. any either above can take you over to centre of Paris in few minutes. the staff at hotel are 5* everyone very educated and polite. amazing smile over to every single customer. i had forgotten my adapter to connect the phone and the staff very quickly get me one free of charge. 5*

the property only issue in our opinion was breakfast time, we have to cook your own eggs, with very unbelievable slow cooker. everyone touch the toaster machine with hands on bread, the knifes non been polished at all. for a 4 start hotel we expected little more variety of food choice and better service.

The hotel is right by the station, easy links into all areas of Paris, including Gare du Norde (just change at St Michael Norte-Dame). There is also a tram you can take, or a bus. Buy a zone 1-2 ticket (or a daily pass that covers trains, trams,busses). Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble; whether we needed directions, chocolate or recommendations on local restaurants. At the reception there is a small ‘shop’ for some drinks and snacks. The room was good size, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and pillows perfect. The bathroom was spacious. On our floor there was a basic roof terrace with some plastic chairs and tables. There was also a small but functional gym.

Not a deal breaker but it was a little weird not having a proper door for the bathroom (there is a separate toilet with a proper door). Instead there is a curtain. The kitchenette was functional but didn’t have any cups/ plates etc. The reception staff were very helpful and gave us everything we needed though. The hotel is located in a business district - everything in the immediate vicinity was closed at the weekend. We got a Deliveroo for dinner, as the kids didn’t fancy the menu in the hotel restaurant. So again, not a deal breaker for us.

The welcome at the entrance was very good, our room was prepared for us in advance. The room was very spacious and spacious for the Paris hotel. The breakfast was very good, we had a very enjoyable breakfast. The location of the hotel is very good, there was a metro station just opposite. There was a tea and coffee maker in the room, and there was a sufficient amount of tea and coffee. Rooms were very clean. In short, perfect.

Having a lot of mosquitoes in the room that bothered us the most, it was very difficult to sleep at night. Parking lot was paid but very narrow. In the hotel descriptions, it was written that there is a charging station for electric vehicles, but there was not and we could not charge our car. One evening, when we entered the parking lot, they did not open the door because we did not have a record, even though we paid in advance, and we waited at the parking lot for half an hour. No bath towels were left in the room last night, only hand towels. The variety of cheese at breakfast was less for a Paris hotel.

It was clean. Location was good and close to train station with less than 10minutes ride to Eiffel Tower station. Breakfast was negative point. You couldn’t get anything after 8:30am. No cups, plates, juice, milk,…very busy and disorganized during breakfast time. Breakfast area was small and we couldn’t get any table to seat in breakfast area. The coffee machine didn’t work in our room. But room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located in nice and safe area. The staff were very nice and helpful. The guy in evening/night shift was very nice. He booked a taxi for our return which was general strike day and also he gave us lots of information about trains, metro and attractions.

Breakfast

We were a family of 5 with 2 rooms are the hotel. The rooms were larger than expected. Clean with a modern feel. I liked there was a large free safe to store your valuables, a small kitchen area with microwave and kettle. There was a FranPrix (local Tesco's equivalent) less than 5 mins away. I managed to get a car park slot in their basement - which was very useful as we could come and go from the car at ease. They charge 22 Euros per day, not bad as the local car park (2 mins away) was 21 Euros for 24hrs.

I had to pay additional city tax on arrival which I wasn't expecting - wasn't a lot, but thought the booking.com payment was everything. Shame you couldn't reserve a car park slot even though you have booked the room.

The room is good. It is big enough for my family. Location is perfect for Metro travelling with very helpful staffs. However, we came with a car and looking for a parking lot. It was full booked actually but they can find nearby parking garage. And the 2nd night they also book a place for me to reduce cost of public parking. :)

The only need improvement is breakfast. There is limited kind of food and quantity. Seats are very close to each other. My kids so noissy and may be disturb everyone and I am so sorry about that. We stayed 2nights and I bought only 1 breakfast though.

Clean, comfortable, with a nice view and good neighbourhood near the hip Halles d'Issy food court and Ile de St Germain recreational park. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice lobby with water fountains and a small convenience store. Tiny fitness room on top floor. Very good breakfast with fresh produce. Good connection to Paris and Versailles via RER suburban train and several bus lines.

The rooftop is basically a small, neglected terrace that was littered at the time of our stay. Unused potential there...

Actually i have one problem with the hotel and that is they make renovation at outside and they start drill at 8.30 a.m.If we dont get up earlier then this time we must get up at 8.30 with drill noise this place most important thing is location. There is RER C line behind the hotel and it is georgeous.I am turkish and we love breakfast.And this hotel is good at this.We find many thing s to eat.

Bed was very confortable, the room was big enough for my family (couple and 8 year old son). Big TV, little fridge and oven. In front of train station that gets you to the city easily. By bus you get to the metro as well. Nice Places nearby to eat. Staff super nice and willing to help. Internet very good.

The hotel was being renewed, there were minor areas of improvement in maintenance.
