The location is beautiful, the room was spacious, and the breakfast is tasty but not too much variety.

Stuff is not friendly. The suite we reserved was on the 1st floor with no elevator, and they don't even have a valet to help with the luggage. So you have to bring your luggage to the room by yourself, knowing that the stairs are very inclined and tight, the rooms are not well maintained, and the bathroom door was broken and doesn't close. They don't even put a bottle of water in the room, so if you arrive during the night, the reception is closed after 8 pm, and no water, knowing that the closest market to buy water is at Marne La Vallée 25 minutes far by car. When we checked out, nobody asked us how our stay was. It's like they didn't care about the feedback. The hotel is way overpriced, compared to the facilities they have.

lovely looking property, nice terrace onto grounds, large rooms, comfy beds, clean towels daily, lovely grounds.

there isn’t a shuttle to Disney Paris and taxis are €50 each way so €100 return trip each day over 4 days mounts up. it may be cheaper for 3 persons to travel but we were families of 9 adults and 5 children which meant we all had to travel to and from together. Breakfast was fine. we had a lunch meal on our last day and it was very nice and large portions. Paul the bar man was excellent.

great location near Disney park and the rooms are clean and spacious, lovely staff

there’s no public transport to get to the hotel, book taxi 1 hour in advance to avoid disappointment. we use taxis to get to and from the hotel and also Disney park.

The apartment was ginormous 5 beds in total! it was clean bright and had a great view. The kitchen was basic but had what we needed for a short pre disney stay.Nice walks around the hotel, golf tennis and parrot world right next door.

One of the blinds was broken so we couldn't open it and the pool was closed but I had not seen any mention of the dates it would be open. The bathroom was a little dated with a mixer tap and shower curtain, I accidentally flooded it as the set up wasn't great

The hotel is in a calm beautiful location,20 mins to Disneyland by taxi and also 5 mins to the Parrot world park- amazing for kids and families. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had some problems with the room and the manager was very kid by compensating the inconvenience with the breakfast. Overall we loved our stay. The restaurant is very good for lunches, breakfast is simple but also okay. Very nice staff in the restaurant. Would come back

Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The surroundings were very nice with some beautiful scenery Hotel staff were very helpful pointing us in the right direction with any questions that we had, organizing taxis, etc.

Breakfast selection was little limited for the price. Little far out from amenities with no available bus route so meant the cost of taxis was quiet high.

Well appointed, beautifully decorated spacious accommodation. Restaurant for dinner was just right; menu, service, decor, music, ambience, food was all very good. Lovely view, very comfortable beds.

The room was blowing hot air & we turned it off & thermostat down though it didnt stop, it was very uncomfortable, even with big window open, such a shame as should have been so comfortable. Reception was not manned to ask for help. Contacted in advance as have mobility issues & our suite was on first floor with no lift, was told to book a ground floor suite though they only showed for 2 people (we were 3) & asked how to do this though they did not tell me. We stuck with the first floor room though were allocated one the furthest walk from the car park then had to use stairs so this added to the access problem

Beautiful quiet location, perfect apartment with all the amenities. The main reason for booking was to use as a base to drive to Disney which is only 15 minutes away max by car. Just 10 minutes down the road theres a small shopping village with a supermarket, fuel station, McDonalds and more which is ideal.

The WiFi signal was very poor in our apartment - we tried multiple devices but most of the time we couldn’t connect and when we did it would drop off. As an IT professional; this needs to be improved.

Gorgeous hotel, the room was lovely and clean with modern decor and the beds were really comfortable. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice! Excellent location, we stayed here to visit Disney which was about 18mins drive, very straight forward. However the location was excellent as you are away from the hustle and bustle with a quaint French feel, but close enough to everything such as Val d'Europe and Marne la Vallee. We visited parrot world, the on site Zoo which our 4 year old loved! We will definitely be back in the future.

Rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean. Bathroom facilities very good with shower pressure excellent. Breakfast was nice and plenty to eat for the price.

Pillows not comfortable and could do with a second pillow. Bit far out from Euro Disney meant that we had to taxi each day which added substantially to the cost as we required an 8 seater vehicle.
