It was clean and quiet with free parking and a restful environment on the river

The restaurant has a Michelin star and it was excellent but if you just want a small meal you would need to drive somewhere as it is a little out of the way

I likes the location along the River Marne. the hotel is in a very nice quiet place. the rooms are very functional and the bed is very comfortable. their is a high quality restaurant in the the hotel.

Rooms were clean, modern and had all basic neccesities. And it was situated very nicely along the river.

It was quite difficult to reach the property by car.

Nice location but far from the town life, so you have to drive to any restaurant, except hotel restaurant, which is 1 Michelin star restaurant, and not affordable for most hotel guests, because of price. Don't believe that Disneyland is only 3,5 km as they wrote on booking.com and it was the reason of my choice In really it is 25-30 min car driving. The reception stuff was nice but level of English was very low for most of reception. Any useful information was provided. I had to find everything by my own, with Google my maps.

Comfortable hotel location was good

Website and booking .com did not explain need to pre book restaurant this was fully booked despite only few residents in hotel Staff not prepared to help and owner could not care about the paying guests why was there no tables kept aside for residents -hotel is remote On arrival no cars in car park yet restaurant was fully booked that night and empty at opening time of 715 we were told they were coming later !! We paid in full in advance yet still counted for nothing Seems staff do not care as restaurant is open to non residents as a priority to those who are staying there

room was dirty, dead mosquitoes and cob webs in the room, since near the river you need clim in the summer as you cant leave the windows open for mosquitoes
