1. I booked the family suite & it has 2 rooms & a sofa bed in the living room, and 3 bathrooms ! In addition to 2 mini kitchens. 2. The hotel offers free shuttle to/from the Disney Parks 3. The hotel is within walking distance (5 mins) from the mall & the outlet 4. Swimming pool was indoor 5. The A/C was cold 6. Value for money

1. The bathroom sink was rather small 2. Our room was located very close to the lifts & it was a bit noisy but likely there was a 2nd door between the bedroom and the main door & it was quite when closed during night.

The staff was very kind and hospitable. They were doing a great job giving you the best experience possible.

- Opening times for kids for the swimming pool. Really awkward that the swimming pool is open from 9:30 to 11:30 and from 14:30 to 16:30 for kids and outside these times adults only. People come here to go to Disneyland with their family. I find it a really strange decision to have such restricted opening times for kids. - The kitchenette is very badly equiped. No cooking utensils, cooking plate didn't work. Had to go downstairs to open my beer bottle. That could be improved with little trouble.

Great rooms large and well laid out.

All parents be warned - the pool only opens for kids between 10-12 2-4 when most of us are at Disneyland! We had to split up to use the spa which was a shame - I went alone at 8am and it was completely empty- Lovely but seemed totally unfair on the kids!!!

The rooms were spacious, large beds. Fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, micro, stove, dishwasher, kettle). Heated towel rails. Amazing breakfast - brioche bread, scrambled eggs, cheeses, salmon, croissants, crepes, cappucino and hot chocolate! so good! The transport to Disney was efficient. walking distance to metro and Mall. La vallee village close by. Spa area beautiful and free use of hammam and sauna.

The shower was in a bathtub and a hand shower, a bit inconvenient. No cream in bathroom amenities.

Excellent and very helpful staff. Proximity to train station (walkable) and disneyland. Rooms clean and well equipped. Free on request/ courtesy rides to disneyland and back. Great breafast options, and restaurant. Clean with decent facilities, including pool and spa.

Flooring was coming off in portion of the room, but didn't hamper our stay. Some other smaller items, e.g. toillet roll holders, bath plugs, needed minor repairs, which would have driven our ratngs towards excellent. Would recommend this hotel and would probably stay again if visiting this part.

absolutely amazing hotel and the best location for families traveling to Disneyland Paris. la vallee shopping outlet was also only 5 mins drive and the hotel has a free shuttle to both places. staff was extremely professional and courteous. Jeremy from the concierge team was very nice and helpful in suggesting good restaurants around the place. if we plan a visit to Disneyland Paris, will surely and only stay here.

Friendly staff, amazing location and clean facilities. The pool / spa area was fantastic and well mantained, and the shuttle bus service the hotel provide for free to and from Disneyland was a life saver, even running up until midnight for the late night fireworks. Even if you don't use the shuttle service the park is a 10/15 minute walk down well lit, safe streets. The room facilities were fantastic and the food on room service was delicious.

My wife and I booked separately from my sons family but when we arrived to the hotel - the front desk had understand that we was one group (the same surnames) and we get two suites wall to wall with a door between. My son's kids loved this because they could walk between us. The staff was friendly and there was nothing they could not fix. Our destination was partly Disneyland (free transport back and forth through the hotel) and partly Paris. Train station was situated around 300 m from the hotel and the trip into Paris was around 50 minutes. If we will return to Paris - this is our hotel

It was nothing I did not like with this hotel.

Stayed in-between Christmas and New Year while visiting Disney Land, hotel was everything we was looking for. Breakfast was good and all staff were helpful and on hand with any questions you may have. unfortunately we didn’t use the pool but popped down for a look and it looked great. room came equipped with a small kitchen area with a small fridge, we popped to aldi around 10 minutes walk from the hotel to pick up some food/drinks which was ideal transfer into Disney is spot on, pop down to reception and they are ready and waiting to take you in, just a short 5/10 minute journey if that, call once you are ready to return to the hotel and they will come to collect you, although the majority of the time there is already a van there and waiting val d Europe shopping centre just around the corner literally a 5/10 minute walk was so perfect for a few hours shopping we caught a train from CDG to Disney then val d Europe then walked to the hotel in total cost around £40 and was hassle an Uber from the hotel to CDG airport cost us around £50, we was advised that a taxi could cost upto £100 in our opinion uber is probably the best option for cost and ease if you are looking for a hotel to stay at while visiting Disney I wouldn’t look much further than this
