The hotel is spotlessly clean and the lady on reception is very friendly and helpful. There is parking right outside the hotel, but you can only park there for one and half hours. We took a chance as the town was very quiet and left the car there overnight with no problems, but I can't really recommend doing that unless you want to take a risk! There was a lovely choice of breakfast items. To get to the old town, there is a steep climb up dozens of steps, but after we had climbed up (exhausting!) we realised that there is a tourist train that you can get from the bottom. The old town is stunning and well worth a visit.

It’s about location in this town. If arriving by car and you want to be on the hill and you can find parking, great. If you arrive at the train station or by bike then down on the flat is better. The hill is a 12% gradient or up a flight of 290 steps to the Cathedral and main town. The hotel exterior needs a bit of attention but the interior is excellent, the rooms small but very comfortable with large good bed and air conditioning and in 32 degrees it’s needed. The bathrooms are a bit like being on a boat but they are functional, good shower head. Price point is spot on. We parked our bikes in a locked garage. Oh, and we could see the cathedral from our balcony.

The friendly staff was helpful and i was particularly happy they spoke a few words of english. My french language skills are poor and communicating in english make things much easier. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds were good. Note to motorcycle riders: hotel du Tramway has a spacious and closed garage to park your motorcycle safely. But keep in mind, you need to order parking lot separately. Du Tramway charges a small fee for the parking, but hey your motorcycle is worth it. View from the hotel was very nice. Restaurants are at walking distance. Breakfast included everything we needed.

Great location with secure parking Looks of the outside of the Hotel are deceiving. Staff were very helpful and room comfortable. Went to a lovely restaurant Le Kigo at the end of the road good food & good service. Walked up the 260 steps to the historic part of town. Takes about 20 mins.

Everything was good, the only thing if I was going to be fussy the croissants & pastries at breakfast were not good very dry. French bread fresh though & rest of breakfast items were good.

We had two double rooms, which were both spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. The garage beneath the hotel with a lift was very helpful as one of our party had suffered an injury and was having mobility issues. The showers were hot and worked well. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good with excellent bread and patisseries. The hotel was very quiet. Walking up the steps to the old town was a pleasant walk and it was a fun challenge to race up for the kids.

Booked literally sitting outside after long drive. Very welcoming staff and a lovely quiet room. Ideal for an overnight stop. The room had all you need with the option for breakfast and secure parking. Although close to the railway station, there was no noise, and we would certainly use it as a stop over again.

We were just staying one night on our journey through France - it is conveniently located not far from the motorway. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and breakfast was great - all you need and a bit more! My husband uses a wheelchair so needs disabled facilities- the shower room was brilliant. The hotel has an underground car park which is accessible by a lift to all rooms. A great little hotel. Thank you.

Beautifully decorated room with good quality furnishings. Immaculately clean. Room quiet despite the location next to railway station. Secure car park. Staff member extremely helpful and friendly. Fantastic value for money.

The outside appearance was very deceptive, it's beautiful inside. Breakfast looked basic, but we didn't opt for it anyway.

Parking is the only issue with staying there if you have a car.. You had to use station parking, which is only good with a blue card (given by the hotel) for 1.5 hours, then you have to go and reset it or move. That said, supposedly they are working on underground parking for guests?...
