We stayed one night while traveling by car from the UK to Italy, and it was a perfect stopover! The location was convenient, right off the motorway, which made it ideal for breaking up our long drive. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and made check-in smooth and hassle-free after a long day on the road. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring we had a restful night’s sleep before continuing our journey. We also appreciated the free parking, which made it easy to get in and out with our car. Overall, this hotel provided everything we needed for a quick yet comfortable stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone passing through!

We had to change our check in time due to a 2 hour delay at the Eurotunnel. The receptionist greeted us at the door and quickly checked us in. If we'd have been on time, we'd have had a nightcap in the quirky lounge and well stocked bar. Very Boutique decor, industrial chic but relaxed and comfortable too. Immaculate room and conveniently located off the motorway as a stopover for us. Historic region for remembering the incredible contribution of the resistance movement during the war. Memorial park across the road from the hotel is worth a visit. Great staff, helpful, friendly and efficient.

Breakfast was adequate. Car park quite small.

Very friendly greeting at the reception with an offer of two welcome drinks of our choice at the bar. After entering our room we were very pleasently surprised to find a complementery bottle of sparkling local mirabelle wine with two glasses and packet of local honey and lemon sweets and a lovely thank you note from the hotel to appreciate our loyalty over some years. We enjoyed very good meal at the Auberge, on-site, followed by restful comfortable night at the hotel. After very good breakfest we continued our way home. What sets this hotel apart from others is the combination of spacious clean rooms, really good food and very professional and friendly staff who make sure you are welcomed and appreciated.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable airconditioned room, very good and varied breakfast and great restaurant although at the end of the hotel car park so 3 to 5 minute stroll it is well worth the visit for very good local cuisine with modern twist and wine, great staff in the restaurant and in the hotel, very polite and very helpful. We have been staying frequently in this hotel since it opened and had great meals in the restaurant, very good night rest and really fantastic service. We usually tend to stop half way on our 10 and a half hour drive to the south of France but because this is our preferred hotel and is just around 4 hours from us we do not mind driving longer after relaxing overnight stay in the hotel.

Arriving at the building I had my doubts if this was for us...we're elderly. Walking inside and being greeted with a huge smile by a very welcoming young lady, I thought ....mmmm, maybe it'll be OK. Then I looked around and saw the FUNKIEST, modern, industrial designed hotel I've yet to visit...and we travel a lot. Great, different interior in a relaxed style and a little wink of the 👁 to modern art. It's totally different. Most enjoyable. And don't forget to go to the restaurant across the parking for supper. Great interior, great food (it was packed, always a good sign.) L'Auberge. And the yummiest Pinot Grigio!

The outside of the building made me feel like I'd made a mistake with this reservation...but that soon changed!

Good location if you don't want to visit the centre. No outside noise in the room whatsoever. Convenient on-side parking. Staff and the welcome drink at the bar was a nice touch

The nearby restaurant (part of the hotel) was OK, but we got placed at a table that was supported by an oil barrel. This causes you to have dinner with your legs spread around the barrel. Very inconvenient! When we asked for a different, regular table, we were told they were all reserved, even while not all of them got occupied during our stay. The breakfast was a bit on the lean side as far as choices go.

Nothing to not like. It's a cracker of a place. Not far off the highway, a few eateries etc nearby and a lovely bar onsite. The staff were very friendly and courteous and made you feel welcome. Decor brilliant - industrial - nice to see something different in a hotel room. The whole place was really clean.

The only thing I could complain about is the lack of a refrigerator. As an Australian we are used to having a fridge to keep our drinks cold. We were able to get ice from the bar but it's a poor substitute. Oh and the cups were tiny - too small for a decent cuppa. Both minor complaints really and don't detract from the comfort of your stay.

This Hotel was WONDERFUL from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by smiling faces! and a FREE drink at the bar of your choice! I had booked 6 rooms and they were all GREAT.The hole place was fantastic the lady let us park our 6 motorcycles on the front safe. She was very nice and so helpful a lot of other hotels could learn from the hotel. We had AC in the room that WORKED! clean and tidy and in 4th whole a perfect stay. I can't recommend it highly enough if your in the area.

The only thing i see walked out for evening meal at a local eatery which was OK but not really good.

Like 99% of the customers we stayed in this hotel for the second time. The reason is the location about 2 minutes away from the highway A31, so when you have a long drive as we had from Le Var to Belgium, it was a nice place for the night. The parking is not cover but gated closed at night so no worries. The hotel is located near all big shops such as Auchan, Darty, McDonalds etc… not the place you’d sightseeing but perfect for short night before hitting the road again. Couple of restaurants right and left of the hotel.

Side night tables are really really small, airco is available but preset for the season and can be only turned ON or OFF. Curtains should be thicker for the room to be darker for the night and no safe box but maybe this has something to do with the stars the hotel has. No amenities in the bathroom but available for purchase in the lobby yet tea, coffee and kettle available in room.

Nice, welcoming staff. Rooms a bit dated (especially the bathrooms), but overall totally fine. Good, sturdy mattress and fine pillows. We were happy. After all, the main reason to be in a hotel is too sleep ;-). Breakfast was surprisingly good, with lots of fresh fruits, nuts, omelets, pastries, whatever you want. Free parking either in front of the door or right next door. We stayed only one night, but we did check our the center of Nancy, which was beautiful and much more lively than we expected. The main squares, all lit up at night, was a great sight. Plus: free parking in the evenings!

Bathroom a bit outdated and quite small. We managed fine, though. Shower was good.
