the host Elizabeth is very welcoming and helps to make our trip a special one.lovely chapel in guesthouse for quite prayer Elizabeth also has daily evening rosary or mass .it’s only minutes away from the grotto.we’ve been staying with Elizabeth’s guesthouse for several years now .the studios are perfect as you can do own cooking and chill out .I’d certainly recommend you give Elizabeth’s guesthouse a try I am sure youl love it

there isn’t anything not to like

Being a first time international and solo traveller, was it reassuring to know that I was and felt safe. I was able to walk about and explore Lourdes at my leisure. Fresh croissants, french loaf, jams and coffee were available every day. Something I really looked forward to. I enjoyed the option of joining in on mass and meeting other members of the community. I walked everywhere from the bistro around the corner to having my nails done within a 20 minute walk away. Elisabeth was warm, welcoming and ever so generous with her time in ensuring that my stay was a memorable one. indeed it was and felt a little tug at my heart when I left. Thank you for arranging the taxi service as well. So, if you’re looking for that special little bit of haven, this is it. Thank you Elisabeth.

Elisabeth is such a super host. We cant thank her enough for her hospitality. She helped us for our pilgrimage schedule. Her recommendation made our pilgrimage even more special. She also can help you to book the taxi to go to airport, etc. The room is small but clean and comfortable. It is located just 10 minutes walk from the Church and directly located at the shopping area where you can find food. Even St. Bernadette's house, now a museum, is located across the street. There is an electric kettle in the room, so you can make yourself a nice warm beverage at night. The breakfast is fulfilling. A nice cup of. Warm coffee/tea and some French bread. Overall it was a really wonderful 2 nights stay.

The location is close to the Sanctuary of Lourdes, and the studio is well-equipped, including the kitchen. Elizabeth, the landlady, is friendly and helpful. The small oratory in the building is also an excellent place to pray during the stay. The property is also pretty quiet during the night. So overall, it is a fantastic experience to stay in Au Berceau de Bernadette.

I know we have to clean the kitchen area, but I am a little surprised that we also have to clean the bathroom. I don't mind doing that, but maybe it should be more specific on the website or before our arrival about which part of the studio that we must clean.

The hosts were very helpful. The premise was clean and neat. The more plus point is that you can cook your food. Kitchen utensils with electric stove and kettle are available. The building is near to the Basilica and Grotto. It was raining and the Madame arranged for a taxi immediately to go to the railway station. The bathroom is small, but manageable. I recommend this accommodation to family and other pilgrims.

There's nothing to say that I don't like.

very clean .comfortable bed .lovely continental breakfast freshly baked French bread croissants butter variety jams and teas fresh orange juice .only minutes away from sanctuary Elizabeth so very welcoming and a very humble lady tea making facilities in bedroom.also a coffee making machine i bedroom safe deposit box hairdryer excellent shower room doors open up on to balcony .

We really good enjoy to stay at this place. The localization is very convenient and it's only a few minutes to the church. The host Elizabeth is friendly and welcoming. She really treated us very warmly. The room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was super delicious! If you search for cozy, quiet place in Lourdes with very good service you should stay in this place!

Quaint property that was very conveniently located (across from house of Bernadette and up the street from the Sanctuary). Elisabeth was very attentive and friendly. It’s a competitive market with so many options for accommodations and wish that I could have extended one more night but she was booked. kudos to her for having a chapel inside as well as quiet hours.

Only challenge was lack of shampoo or shower gel as I did not pack anything other than soap for my pilgrimage and hiking the Chemin/Camino.

Very helpful and friendly lady. Gave us advice about the city and where to eat. The room is small but very quiet and has evrything you need to sleep well. Price, location and comfort were very fair! We recommend for singles or a couple without kid.

For the preis and in comparison to other hotels in the area, I believe this one is really the best over there. For big families is maybe not suitable.

Clean and comfort bed. Location is literally few steps away from the Sanctuary. Essential needs can be bought just right next door. The building and location is clean and clutter-less. The owner is very accommodating.
