The location was fabulous. Looked over the lines of sick being wheeled to their sprinkling of holy water and blessing from a peado which we all know works wonders. Why on Earth you'd want God to cure you from the illness that he has given you is beyond me.

As a Satan worshiper I found the religious aspect a little over the top and 'in your face' I was however instructed by the Dark Lord to witness and report on the blind obedience to believe the stories of a young girl that was clearly on mushrooms. But the Dark Lord was present and was charging €500 for a 6ft candle. Praise be to Satan.

I hate complaining and I definitely am not not moaning but a kettle with culinary utensils would have made what was a brilliant holiday even better. We like to have a cup of tea around 19.45-20.15 after the day touring around Lourdes. The hotel was 10/10 but a kettle would have made it 11/10.

Because of a train strike I couldn’t make it to Lourdes on the first day. April 20) I phoned thé hôtel and he told me to contact booking .com. I did so . The staff person at the hotel told me he agreed to cancel the fee for the 20 but it still showed up on my bill so I had to pay two nights. Why did booking .com charge me when he agreed to accept the cancellation? It was not an error on my part, I could not get there. Please refund one day fee.

The hotel is located just a few meters away from the Grotto of Lourdes. It has its own paid parking for a reasonable daily price. In addition, in front of the hotel there is a river, and from our room you can see a very beautiful view. The additional price for the daily breakfast for value for money. The additional price for the breakfast was fair and reasonable. The reception staff was vey helpful.

The staff in the breakfast room needs to be more organised. The WIFI in the rooms was very poor

It is extremely close to the sanctuary and the staff were all very helpful. The breakfast was all right, too. You can book a parking place in advance, which is one of the best advantages of this hotel. We had a family room and it was really big enough, it was separated in two parts, each one with its own bathroom. It was really good.

The hotel is quite old, some things have to be repaired, such as the shower, the blankets on the sofas, etc. But we stayed there just one night so we were not discouraged by it. Lourdes is a wonderful place and if you are staying there with your kids for a day or two, I would definitely recommend it, regardless of these small minuses.

The hotel has best location as it is right at the gate of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. We got a room with view of the cathedral on request. Which was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The breakfast was good too. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to find a stroller for my 4 year old. I am definitely going again to Lourdes and will stay in the same hotel.

- perfect location near main touristic street and close to Sanctuaires - low price for 2 people - comfortable beds and good separate bathroom - cleaning room every day - restaurant and bar are available in the hotel

- staff was badly speaking English - TV was not working - poor breakfast for 7 euro - fire alarm system worked at night, we went out of the hotel, but no one from staff explained what happened, so it was scary

We had a nice stay at the hotel, just steps from the Shrine. View from room on 7th floor was fantastic. The receptionist was very kind with my breakfast request due to health issues. Thanks so much for your help! We will recommend this beautiful hotel and hope to be back sometime soon.

The location could not have been better, it was just about 5 mins walk from the Sanctuary. The room was clean and comfortable, and warm. We didn't go to the resturant for breakfast, but had breakfast down in the snack bar.

We went to the resturant once for dinner and was disappointed with the food. I got the steak and it was nearly all fat, and the food was not hot.

Situated just at the river at the St Michaels gate entrance. Room with a view of entire basilica area overlooking river. Single room. modern decor and comfy bed. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant as breakfast finished at 9am. We arrived early (before noon) and our rooms were ready for us

9am finish time for breakfast. Missed having kettle/hospitality tray in room but there was a little cafe/bar in the lobby.
