You get very good value for your money. The location is excellent either by car or by train. Breakfast is modest, but there are cafés and breakfast places in the proximity, if you should opt to book without. There is even a pizza street food vendor and a restaurant next door, so you won't go hungry, for sure!

Unfortunately, there is pay parking in front of the hotel, that we had not been aware of, so we received a ticket :-(

The reception staff was really friendly and spoke Portuguese. The room was nice and way more spacious than the budget in Cannes. The bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated.

The parking is very crammed. I struggled to park a compact SUV. Taking many many back and forwards to do so. The hotel does warn clients about this. A bit far from the center of Menton but just a 20 min stroll down the promenade. There's no bus after 8.30 pm.

Exceptional sea view from the terrace. The location is very good - 1 min from the train station. Check in is easy from the machine at the entrance. The stuff were helpful and provided everything needed.

I can understand that in France breakfast is sweet but I think it should be a little bit adjusted to foreign guests. I would have been more than happy if there were at least some eggs for the breakfast.

The location was fantastic only a 5 min walk from the centre of Menton (10-15 min at a slow stroll) and less than 5 min walk from Menton Garavan station. Staff were super helpful and the self check in was a breeze. View from my room and the balcony was great and there was a good breakfast included in the price

The rooms were quite small, I had a triple room just for one person which was fine as it was just me but I’d have been very cramped if I was travelling with 2 other people.

The location is very good. It is convenient to take the train. Good sea view and friendly staff. Great value for money!!!

Sometimes the bathroom smells strange. And the WiFi is poor.

Overall very good hotel. Location was great, right in front the water. Parking all around the hotel was free, but parking in the hotel was 6 euros and better suited to smaller cars. The receptionist was very friendly and english speaking. He gave us an excellent room and lots of information of the area. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also good.

Really accommodating for us and our 2 dogs. Only €5 a night. Excellent location to our needs and breakfast was superb.

Clean and accessible. Bathroom a good size and fabulous view of the harbour and Menton the town.

Room had a smell when I first walked in, but it quickly disappeared when air con was on or if the door was open.

It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, especially since the machine in the lobby was out of order.

It is a great family hotel in a very good location (close to port, beach, restaurants, railway station, supermarket...). The views we had were breathtaking. The breakfast was fair with a good coffee and some patisserie selection. Very clean as well. Never to forget that this is a two stars hotel. Taking this in consideration, it exceed my expectations. Would I go back? certainly do!
