Easy to find, and only minutes away from the Airport. Restaurant and Cafè on site, also Spa and Swimming Pool, but I did not use them. Ample parking within the property. Lovely spacious bedroom and very comfortable bed. No noise of planes or traffic at all. Breakfast was good, lots of choice of hot or cold. Very welcoming Reception staff, especially Ava, who helped me out several times, always with a smile.

Unfortunately, my air conditioner was not working very well, and the room was exceptionally warm, as I believe it was 84 degrees outside. This meant I spent a very uncomfortably hot night in the lovely bed! Also, I was sad that the coffee machine in the kitchen was not working. Luckily there was also some instant coffee there too, but it wasn’t the same! I was also disappointed that there was not a Shuffle Bus to the Airport, as I had read on Booking.com that there was one, and that was the main reasons that I chose this particular hotel. I had to order a taxi.

The bar and restaurant staff were wonderful. Attentive, friendly and very helpful and couldn't do enough to make my stay enjoyable. 10 stars!!! Ambience and food was excellent. Pool area great, clean and well run. Bedroom huge, bed enormous, so comfortable I wish I had one like that at home. It was lovely and I felt very pampered. Morning reception lady was lovely, easy check out and my taxi to the airport was there in good time to get my flight.

The afternoon/evening reception lady wasn't very friendly or welcoming. Left me waiting to check in for a long time while she disappeared doing who knows what. When other guests brought in pool towels, she just grabbed them and put them in a bin without a word. 5 stars out of ten! Shower wasn't the best, little power but was OK, I got clean and refreshed which was the main thing. TV didn't get BBC even though the instructions in the room gave channel numbers, but not the end of the world.

The outdoor pool was great and the reception staff were lovely.

The spa was extremely disappointing especially as I upgraded my room and paid more. It literally only had a steam room and a tiny indoor pool - it was that tiny I thought it must be a jacuzzi but no jacuzzi and no sauna!! There was a relaxation area but with so little to do in the spa it was pointless hanging around in the relaxation area. Had the hotel not had spa in the name and charged extra then the hamman and plunge pool would have been a nice surprise but my expectations were high as being a sole traveller it was my key reason for booking this hotel.

Location, spa facilities, comfortable and clean rooms

Prior to our arrival we called to check the status of electrical car charging in the hotel and they said we have reserved a charging for you. When we arrived with a minimum charge all the charger were full and they act as if they dont know about it. Luckily there were lots of chargers near by. Also indoor pool is not for kids younger than 12

The hotel was close to few restaurant where we could have dinner. The room was quite and spacious and the bed very comfy

Coffee was not good during breakfast

Had adjoining rooms which had bathroom and kitchen each.

The adjoining doors (there are two) need oiling. They squeaked so badly and were very difficult to close which made having adjoining rooms almost pointless! Also the coffee tables are too big for the space - difficult to walk around in room.

It’s convenience to the airport. 2 minute walk to Tram to airport and city centre. All trips €1.80. Rooms were spacious and turned over every morning. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean well equipped with. Magnifying mirror, hairdryer and clean white towels replaced daily. Small kitchenette was a really nice touch. Breakfast had a great choice. Will definitely revisit - highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect from the minute we arrived.

Loved the hotel from the moment we arrived the staff were so pleasant and helpful the hotel was clean and the suite rooms have a little kitchen and a separate toilet. Great for couples and ideal for families as they have adjoining rooms. Spa use was until 8 which is really good and a nice restaurant and games room. Such good value with privilege of spa facilities for an extra 10euros. The location is ideal! Literally was less than 5 mins from the airport and has restaurants and transport (buses and soon to be tram) direct outside

The lift was in maintenance so not working

Room was spacious and nice, got a free upgrade. Property is super close to the airport which was convenient for us. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were nice.

The room was only set up for one guest, not two — e.g. one bathrobe, one coffee sachet, one coffee pod. The nespresso machine also did not work so we were unable to enjoy a coffee in the morning.

Proximity to airport was great. Good access to line 1 bus into the centre of Bordeaux. Although small the outdoor swimming pool was good. Rituals toiletries were really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Snooker table and table football was entertaining for our teenage children. Good selection of restaurants and a great pub near by. Visited Les Cité du Vin wine museum, boat trip and the best way of seeing Bordeaux is on the side car of a retro motor bike. This was the highlight of the trip.

Not an easy task to book the airport transport. Although advertised that it’s available from 6.30 am - 10 pm it seamed like great effort to book around 5-6 o clock. We go taxi from the airport the night we arrived around mid night. We were charged €30 for a 5 minute journey. Apparently it’s €30 at night and €20 by day to get a taxi with in a small area around the airport. Definitely not what we were expecting. Decor need to be updated a bit. AC worked but I felt we should have been able to set it a couple of degree lower. Quiet atmosphere in the brasserie for dinner, no music in the background. Road works on the new tram line was was a bit if a hindrance, dusty, and gravelly paths. Difficult to walk on at times.
