The location was very good, Montrouge is so quiet and beautiful, it seemed like a very safe neighbourhood. The apartment building and the apartment itself look very nice and everything was comfortable. We had everything we needed, it was clean and there was a lot of light coming through the window in the morning. The baggage storage was also very useful if you arrive early or if you leave late. The staff was nice, that was a very big plus.

The only problem we had during our stay was that at some point there was some bad smell coming from the kitchen sink. But the staff was incredible and they solved this problem as quickly as possible, they even offered to change appartments. At the end of our stay, even if they solved the problem, they bought us a gift to compensate, I really appreciated this gesture.

It's really a very nice place to stay. When we arrive, we were told that we were promoted from the 1BR apartment we booked to a much bigger 2BR apartment with the same price. At the beginning, they gave us a 2BR on the ground floor and close to the street. We don't like it and asked for change. The person there is very kind and finally they give us another 2BR at the first floor and we liked it. The apartment is really huge with 2 bathes and 2 toilettes, well equipped kitchen, very clean, comfort beds. Underground parking is included, which normally one needs to pay in Paris. Great location, very nice surroundings with good bakery, supermarket in short distance.

The kitchen has almost everything except for an oven.

1. Very comfortable and clean. The whole place is new. All Beds and sofa beds were clean and soft, like new. Big clean and nice table for 6 people in front of the TV. 2. They have a separate lounge with a roof terrace where you can spend time while waiting for a check in or after the check out. This was very convenient. While waiting for a taxi to the airport we could have a coffee, drinks for kids and relax. 3. Metro in 10 mins walk. Supermarket, bakery and place to eat within 5 min walk. 4. The area seemed to be very safe and quiet. 5. We had 2 showers, one was used by kids and another one by adults. 6. Smart TV, kids really enjoyed watching netflix as they could not watch channels in French. 7. They had a very good tiny vacuum cleaner, so we could keep an apartment in clean condition. The flat also had tools for ironing. 8. Coffee and tea were included. All the utensils were clean and fresh.

We wish we had a balcony.

The appartment was really clean and very spacious. We had 3 showers! and 3 toilets in total of 4 Bathrooms… the kitchen was well equipped and new. All the beds (including the one from the sofa) were great. There is a bus stop directly in front of the buildings and for breakfast there is also stuff close by. Taxi from the city center is about 20euros. We really liked being there. The team around edgars suites is really nice, flexible and responsive.

Absolutely amazing, loved it with all my heart Super beautiful furniture, well equipped apartment. The kitchen has ALL you need (cooking oil, salt/pepper, washing machine capsules, coffee/tea..) Very safe neighborhood, calm, walkable distance to sightseeings (40+ min) I had the best sleep in years. Lots of pillows, very good blanket, dark curtains Small guide with recommendations around apartment is such a nice touch <3

Nothing, they cover all your needs

I really enjoyed the space. For 5, it was perfect! Two showers and one bathroom. A full kitchen and a nice table. The property is very nice. The location is great too. The service was top, they had everything we needed and responded well to our requests.

There was a smell in the room that was very unpleasant at time. They came to try to fix it but it did not do much. You also need to know that the parking is accessible via a lift. I guess you have to be very comfortable was narrow spaces.

Very spacious apartment. Each room has a lot of space so you can feel really comfortable. All needed facilities included. Whole apartment very clean. Great bed so that you can rest perfectly after whole day of sightseeing.

Can be a bit more functional, especially bathroom which is large but almost no place to put cosmetics, clothes or towels. Very tiny sink comparing to bathroom size. But all of these are really minor things. Just put some furniture to bathroom and will be 11/10 :)

Perfect convenient apartment in Paris, ideal for a family with 2 little children. Fully equipped and warmed. Parking included and shops, supermarket, boulangerie just 3 min away. Quiet place.

The trip to centre in a busy day with bus no 68 can take easily 45 minutes. If you switch with metro station, still 30 min away. An additional minor comment: windows can be fully opened, an unsafe situation for little children. Maybe a lock system would be great.

Surprisingly big room with everything you need. The car park was spacious and the owner was quick to respond.

There were a lot of electric code locks on the doors, not all codes were told during checkin, and for security reasons they changed the codes on day 2, with a few couples, and us, not being able to go into their rooms.

From booking to arrival and subsequent departure, I was given all the information and support to ensure a lovely stay. The apartment also had all the necessary equipment and items we required. It was a central location with a bus stop just outside, a train station, a park and a few shops all a short walk from the apartment.
