Having had a terrible experience at Novotel Suites Montreuil Vincennes with no air conditioner, poor staff assistance and terrible area, this was certainly a breath of fresh air! The facilities were far more superior even though it cost a little more. It was certainly worth every cent! The breakfast was decent and the location pretty much central. I loved my stay here. The front desk staff were also very helpful with enquiries and helping to get cab. Would certainly return here.

The typical non existent French hospitality from cleaners. They weren't friendly or helpful. I was struggling with my suitcases and my daughter and they just ignored me to sort myself out. Also they kept barging into the room to clean up even though I told them I was busy.

We had the best suite in the hotel (room 902) with an Eiffel Tower view. Best regards to the gentlemen at the reception . I'm sorry that i forget his name , but he was on duty at 12.00 on 06.08.2022. He was very nice and helpfull as a reception person should be.👍👍 On the other hand, all the other from the reception i've been talking to were rude and bored. 5 min walking distance to Porte d'Orleans station ( tram, bus ,metro). Supermarket and restaurants in the area.

The hotel is situated on the entrance to a highway, so you have to cross it. About the staff ....i' ve already wrote. We have a very big bathroom with shower and bathtub and... no toilet. The toilet is situated at the entrance and.... have no sink.

I did love everything about the hotel. When I was booking the hotel I didn’t know what to expect and when I arrived at the hotel I was amazed by everything, my room and also the hotel facilities.

The only thing I didn’t like was that on Monday 28/08/2023 they said that there was something going on and that the lifts would not be working and in the morning me and my family went through the stairs to go have breakfast and to only realise that the emergency doors wouldn’t give us access to the main entrance and we realised that the lifts were actually working. When we finally got to the breakfast lobby we paid for our breakfast and 5 minutes later your staff came to tell us that they were closing. That on Monday’s they open from 09:00am to 10:30am which I didn’t believe because of the amount of people you had booked at your hotel, and if they knew that they were closing why they did accepted our payment for the breakfast? That’s my only negative experience from this amazing trip.

I am satisfied with my stay. The hotel was as advertised. The location is a few minutes walk from metro line 4. The rooms are clean and the bed is very confortable. The manager of Dodo restaurant at the hotel was very accomodating. We arrived as a large groupe in time of an afternoon break, very hungry and with small children. He provided meals for all of us despite closed kitchen. Would stay here again.

Breakfast at the hotel was to minimal for the price. Nutella dispenser was empty for two days. Minimal choice of cheese and salami, runny scrambled eggs and diluted coffee. Hotel location is near metro line 4 but the surrounding area towards metro line is very dirty and smelly. I would not feel safe coming back from metro station alone at night.

When I booked it said Breakfast was included. At check in they charged me an extra 19euro-each, telling me it was NOT included. I have emailed booking.com requesting a refund and have not been compensated.

The location was okay, hated he front entrance location, also we ask for double rooms which we got one room was much larger than the other, that should have been shared in advance. The larger family got stuck with the smaller one because we thought they were the same. Break was good, the bacon was never crispy though.

The room details I shared above. We got there earlier than expected and we had to wait to check in, even though our room was ready! I’m mean what difference does it make. I did as appreciate the fact that they held our luggage while we ventured to kill time for the check in.

Lovely hotel, rooms and all facilities are very good. The lifts are very fast and it's good that there are two of them. All in all, it was a pleasure to stay there. The food was nice and well prepared.

The catering staff need improving! Breakfast was hit and miss as to whether the coffee machine was working properly or a particular item was running out and not being replaced. We just had one evening meal there and we were very disappointed with the staff. I'm not a snob but I don't appreciate bbeing served by someone in jeans and a dirty t-shirt! This needs improving.

Staff, especially front office ladies went beyondt and above to help in each situations. Specifically front office lady in the afternoon shifts of 14/4 and 17/4 did her best to assist our requests in a minutes time. Hotel Restaurant Doda has a nice food to dine. Especially in rainy days. Staff also very very kind and helpful! All staff spoke exceptional English. Location is extra convenient for Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Disneyland car/taxi trips and 200-300m to metro. Nearby location has quite a lot njce restaurants and most importantly it is a safe neighborhood day and night. Highly recommended.

Breakfast could have been nicer if there were more pastry selections. It was quite repetitive.

Great location. Staff welcoming and accommodating. Special shout out to Lolita and Fernando. Having the ability to communicate with them in English, Spanish, and my broken French was a plus. Metro,bus, tramway, and taxi stop at a 5 minutes walking distance. The room was made this morning to a very high standard. Cleaning staff are usually the unsung heroes in a well functioning hotel. Special thanks to them. Thank you all. My stay was fantastic. I hope I can return soon.

Internet in the room at times a bit slow

It was nice, the staff was really friendly. We had everything we needed. The isolation of the windows is really good - it’s super quiet. Price/value is absolutely fair!

You can‘t switch off the aircondition - even if you turn it off you can feel the air blowing out of the ventilation. The location is a bit outside of the centre (30-40minutes by metro). The breakfast is too expensive for what it is - but you are in paris so there are 10000 of options
