We booked a larger room and it was worth the extra. Full breakfast is very good though quite pricey. Express breakfast was better value. Beds are very comfortable and cleaning service very good. Lovely to be able to throw open the large windows and view city life all around. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is lovely and it's easy to get to all parts of Nantes, thanks to the excellent trams. It's 5 minute walk to Commerce where all tram lines converge. All public transport free at weekends. Plenty of bars and restaurants everywhere.

There was a mosquito sharing the room with us and we got bites.

Super location, lots of shops and restaurants within the immediate area. Very friendly staff. Lovely decor downstairs. Clean and modern rooms. Very quiet at night.

I found the dark paint in the room and bathroom made the space a little bleak! Maybe if I had asked for a room with a street view it woud have been more appealing but the dark room along with no view made the room feel a bit grim.

The location of the hotel is great, in the middle of the city center and yet very quiet. The hotel is wonderfully decorated and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They did their best to accommodate our wish to change the room of our children to a room with seperate beds. The breakfast is complete and remains supplemented with fresh products. Products are coming from regional providers as well.

It can make a difference to replace the paper cups for tea and coffee in the room to real cups. I also had to ask whether the used cups and teabags could be replaced. Same goes for toiletpaper.

Excellent location right in the heart of the city, yet away from bars, so very quiet. It’s really close to the tram stop Commerce - convenient for the airport. The bed was really comfortable, I got a great night’s sleep.

There is a sickly perfume in the foyer / breakfast area and corridors. It put me off wanting to sit and read or relax in the common area. There wasn’t enough lighting in the room (desk area) to work comfortably. This wasn’t helped by the decor in my particular room, which had black walls. I’d have liked a proper cup in the room for coffee, rather than paper. But maybe that’s for health and safety (Covid-19) reasons.

I didn’t lile that we need to ask for little extra like manicure kit or conditioner. Those things are expected in a hotel like yours without having to ask for it. I also didn’t like to see the price at the counter (standard price) was about 20% lower than the price i paid online

great location, nice and clean

We arrived off a morning flight to drop our bags. We were told our room would be available at 2pm. We came back at 3:30/4pm and were told the room hadn’t been signed off yet, had to wait 10-15mins. not a biggie but this should have been ready for us by this time.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere breakfast room, breakfast was good.

I didn’t like the fact that my bed was on a kind of weird platform with steep stairs. I was really afraid to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Easy to fall when the room is dark at night. I am talking about Room 110. There is no real reception so if you want to check out during breakfast time you have to wait a while because there are guests waiting in line for breakfast at the same counter.

Central location, friendly staff, nice ambience

You cann't reach the hotel by car, because the center is closed and the one needs a special code to drive through the barrier. So you have at first leve the car somewhere and then go by feet to check in

Location was central, perfect for getting around and in the heart of Nantes. Staff were wonderful and helpful, assisting me in getting back headphones that I left behind in a very tight timeframe. Loved the size of the bathroom and the balcony that opened onto a view of the street.

The rooms are cute. The location is perfect.

When the aircondioning is not on there is a smell as if the rooms are not aerated enough.
