The staff were lovely, and very accommodating. They let us store our baggage whilst waiting for our room to be ready ( we were a few hours early ), it was perfectly located , right by the train station, tram station and beach all close by and near a lidl which was great . Made check in really easy and comfortable and staff were easy to communicate with (I don’t speak French so the English spoken was helpful). Then room was spacious and very clean and had a really nice shower .

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

Excellent choice! Exceptionally friendly stuff (gave us the room with the terrace, the cattle and the hairdryer upon our request) and cleaners, spotlessly clean and exceptionally maintained, very stylish and the location is superb (everything is close, yet still preserves a local and very authentic ambiance) and safe. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and clean. The variety of lamps and lights in the room makes it very photogenic.

Maybe equipping every room with a cattle, coffee/tea cups would benefit the costumers who don't have breakfast in the hotel.. but when I got ill and asked for a cattle, they provided it immediately for the rest of our stay..❤️❤️

Two minutes walk from Nice main train station yet away from traffic and noise. Wonderful and very friendly welcome and someone always available at the desk ready to help and offer information. The rooms are very clean and even though at times small, they are well laid out and very well provided with towels and necessities. Air conditioning very efficient you can choose to use or not in very room. Top class cleanliness all round, and lift to take you and your luggage up to all floors. Excellent and fresh breakfast , and very efficient and friendly staff . Will certainly be back. Can't wait.

We can't think of anything we did not like.

Hotel located in front of the station. The location is very good, there are many eateries nearby, and the supermarket is nearby. Can be reached on foot. It's a bit far from the department store and the beach, but it's acceptable. The hotel is tidy and clean, but the space is extremely small, and it is even difficult to open the luggage. There are inevitably minor problems in the room, even the sound insulation is not good, and the shower space is also small, but it is acceptable. This is pretty much the case with hotels in the city.

Awesome location and awesome staff. Very friendly people. Overall pleased. Nice is magical! Hotel is just next to train station so very good to visit nearby cities. But also few minutes from crowded area.

Our room was kind of old, so you get that impression that it is not clean. And when we entred the room, we found few hairs maybe. But nothing major, really. Overall we were happy.

hotel staff commented that our group of 5 has too many pieces of luggage and they did not have sufficient luggage storage within their concierge and requested us to leave near the restaurant counter bar. they didn’t allow for late check out either .

Nice is expensive. We choose this hotel because it was not THAT expensive. And it was a good choise. It's near of the train station and of one big commercial avenue. There're lots of restaurants and coffees nearby. And quite close to the beach, too. Rooms are small but OK and beds are comfortable.

We knew it but there were no parking. Firts night we left the car in the Notre Damme Parking and it coast us 42 euros. Next night we left it in the Interparking of the Central Station and it only coas 18...

It was a very clean and relatively spacious room. We had all facilities we needed. They provided iron on demand. And everything we requested they provided very fast... the only issue was the telephone which wasn't working but it's just a technical issue and we didn't ask to get it fixed. I'm sure if we asked they would fix it. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful.

Excelent location just few minutes from Central station. Also very close to city center. Facaility clean. Contact with personel very limited since we were out for whole day. I got from this facility exactly what I expected and needed. Bathroom new and also very clean.

Location is just the best! Lots of asian restaurants close to the hotel! Quiet surroundings! I will go there again when in Nice for sure. Bathroom was very clean, complimentary shampoo. No beach towels so bring your own or buy for 15ish euro close to the beach. We ate breakfast in a Hug cafe 3 min walk from hotel. I travelled with my teenage daughter and we liked our stay very much! You literally have train station behind the hotel with an easy access to Cannes and Monaco Monte Carlo!

I didn’t expect anything more.
