Since I am with my family, being close to the promenade and a grocery store was amazing. The grocery store is across the hotel entrance and I was able to buy water, snacks, and baby items with no issues. There are a few good restaurants close by as well. The bus was very easy to take to the city center/old nice. If you don’t mind walking, the walk was beautiful as well. The bathrooms were incredibly clean. One of the cleanest hotel bathrooms I’ve been in.

The room was a bit small but we made it work ! It is about 500 meters away from tram so if you are carrying heavy luggage it might be much for someone older or someone who has too many luggages to carry with a family.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The staff were very helpful. Would definitely visit again but would upgrade the room to a slightly larger one as the comfort rooms are very cosy. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and the restaurant was clean and always somewhere to sit. Outside on the patio area at the front of the hotel was lovely and you could eat breakfast there too. The room was well equipped with an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer.I would definitely stay there again. The property is very easy to get to from Nice airport and the directions from the hotel were excellent. Don't bother with a taxi.

There isn't really much to dislike but I had to climb on to the bed to get in to bed as there was no room around one side to get in. They tried to charge one of the rooms I had booked with the city charge even though it had been paid on arrival. Minor point easily sorted

Location to the beach was great. Staff was friendly. The hotel offers one beach towel per guest to take out to the beach, which is great when packing light. recommend grabbing a taxi to old town and walking through the market. The staff at the front desk can arrange taxis. It is walkable from the train station if you are up for it. Rooms were comfortable.

Bathroom is a little small. We did not like the blue lights in the hallway by the rooms.

Staff were brilliant, couldn't do enough for us. Location was good, close enough to the action but far enough away to feel restful. We walked many miles, didn't need to use any paid for transport, which was ideal. Loft (attic) room was great, with an unexpected bonus of a (small) sea view from the window / balcony. Not the quietest room (you could hear quite a lot from neighbouring rooms) but it did what we wanted. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, although don't be last in or that choice isn't quite the same!

The new attic rooms have great views but feel slightly less "solid", meaning you get quite a lot of noise through the walls, etc and the bathroom is small (turning round in the shower is a challenge) but none of these things would stop us returning.

The location is excellent and the room quiet, however very small.

The breakfast is sub standard, not at a 4stars hotel level. It is a buffet, many plates were dirty, the knives were also dirty. There were no fresh fruits. The bread was not fresh. The coffee, from a machine, was bad. You don’t expect this level of cafeteria food from a 4 star hotel in Nice, in a neighborhood filled with quality markets. I stayed in many hotels in the area, this breakfast was the worst by far.

We stayed at Hotel La Villa Nice Promenade for 2 nights in early April. Upon (early) check in, we were offered a room upgrade with a balcony for 40 euros a night and we were glad to accept! The balcony really made a difference as we were able to enjoy our morning coffee and champagne with a view. The location was 10/10 excellent and close to the promenade as well as endless restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was a boutique experience that’s beautifully designed. Right across the street from a carrefour so you can stock up on groceries etc. Nice quick elevator was a nice break from all the stairs in Paris! Would definitely stay at Hotel La Villa Nice Promenade again!

We made the mistake of leaving the window open overnight and we were eaten alive by mosquitoes - our fault for not inquiring about the air conditioning. Would have been nice to have breakfast included in the cost, but there’s lots of options around the hotel.

Nice decor, comfortable bed and good pillows, quiet area, close to beach and relatively close to main restaurant area. Breakfast was OK.

The floor in the shower cubicle was very slippery. Check-in was at 3pm. We were waiting in the lobby for 2 hrs and when we asked at 2.45pm if we can check in already, the front desk said "perhaps we can start already". I was wondering that if the rooms were clearly cleaned already and that saw us waiting in the lobby, why didn't they let as check in earlier? Extended check out possible only if you paid for it.

The position was perfect with easy walking distance to the Promenade, easy access to trams and buses to all parts of Nice. The Hotel was immaculate and the rooms were so clean, light and airy. Every member of staff on the reception was extremely helpful, polite and willing. They would go out of their way to assist. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.

We loved the fact that we had a private parking lot away from the main roads and side streets as it is very hard to park in Nice. We loved the hotel and the rooms and decor, we also loved the location as it was a hop skip and jump to the Promenade. The room and the facilities provided us with everything we needed. The staff were extremally helpful when we had a small issue with a leak in the bathroom.

Small issue in the bathroom as the drain was blocked with hair.

The room was awesome so was the gentleman that checked us in. So nice and had a wonderful smile on his face!

The women at the frontdesk, she was rude when i went to ask that the curtain fail when i was closing it be fixed. She snapped at me and to me i pulled too hard. Even when i checked in she never smiled and had a bothered looked that i asked to purchase a bottle of water. Not a people person at all. I checked in at 2 pm-ish on 13/8/23. Late 30s female with brown hair.
