Location was the 10/10 could not have picked better hotel, along the riviera, lots of hotels and places to eat, fresh pizza baked while you wait, massive shopping area with many different types of shops including food supermarkets. weather in Nice in October was 10/10 blue sky all day, hotel staff 10/10, very friendly, extremely helpful especially our first point of contact Gwen, always happy to help with advise on places to visit locally, he was amazing, our room was courtside suite, was spacious with light, shower facilities we loved, rooftop pool was also nice, clean although pool is not heated, but hot weather daily is just awesome, the breakfast buffet lounge consisted of helpful members, accommodating at all time with my vegetarian needs, our room was cleaned daily by lovely house keeping staff, It was a short stay 3 nights, which we throughly enjoyed, best weather possible, whole experience at Ac Hotel Nice 10/10.

There’s some building work going on, side of hotel, we could hear some noise early mornings, but that’s all, everything else was great from staff to hotel to weather.

The breakfast food and staff were wonderful! Farhat and Wafa went beyond expectations to be helpful and pleasant. Suggestion: Have the coffee machine available during the day as well. The pool was lovely. And we enjoyed the restaurant on the Monday evening.

We were on the 6th floor, came in on Friday night. The music from the top floor was extremely loud until past 11:30. I finally had to call the front desk to have them attend to the problem. Sadly, it happened again on Saturday night. We enjoyed a lovely meal at the restaurant on top on Monday night, with lovely music. There’s no reason for it to be so very loud. I can’t imagine that it wasn’t disturbing to other guests as well. Policy should be reviewed.

Hotel was in a good location although it was quite a walk to the old town and train station. Rooms were clean and reasonable size. Rooftop pool/restaurant were lovely although pool is smaller than expected for hotel size.

Same old situation we’re two single beds are pushed together for a large double so that annoying lump down the middle of the bed. Shower temp was difficult to control and would change from hot to cold mid-way through. Breakfast was okay. Tinned mixed fruit was a disappointment as would expect a better fresh option. Hot breakfast items were merely warm/tepid.

The staff was incredibly kind and responsive. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel is walking distance to beaches and shopping and very accessible from the airport! We had a rooftop look and although we couldn't use the pool, the setting was very pleasant.

It's on a side street, not far from the beach, but the hotel rate felt expensive. Our room views were of another building, and not entirely unpleasant, but again, felt like the rate was a little high for the timing of the trip. But it was a perfectly lovely stay overall and we would consider coming back and recommend it.

Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of hot cold sweet and savoury options, coffee, teas and juices. Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful especially when we had issues with our transport the morning we left they were on the ball and helped us get sorted. As for the rooms there was air conditioning and the beds were comfy and they were very spacious. Great that there was a pool and a gym too.

The food at the upstairs pool area was a little overpriced, although it tasted good.

Lovely hotel, great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely rooftop swimming pool and restaurant. Just hard to get an evening meal, always booked up. Could do with opening the dining area downstairs for evening meals!

Not able as a resident to get an evening meal in the hotel. Tables were always booked up and most seemed to just be having a drink. Also could do with more choice on the menu and was expensive!

The location was amazing and so was Maeva! She helped our very tired American family enjoy the best of southern France/French Riviera/Cote d’Azur. The breakfast was wonderful every morning, there was something for everyone from light yogurt to sautéed mushrooms, eggs and ratatouille. We took a short walk to nearby to Bistrot Marin and downtown Nice for incredible and affordable food. The gelato across from the hotel is flavorful and the owner is the greatest enjoy supporting this beautiful place! Back to the hotel-clean rooms, wonderful staff and awesome people ready to help customers. This hotel is very easy to access from the train station by public transport as well, just take a bus and the stop is in front of the hotel.

We enjoyed everything-we had a suite and a connecting room with 2 beds for our children.

The central location was really close to the beach. It was very clean, staff were very friendly and the room was a good size. Deluxe King with partial sea view.

It was quite difficult to control the water temperature in the shower as more often than not it was too hot and when you turned it down it went quite cold. However the water pressure was great for washing longer hair.

The location was excellent, next to the promenade , Nice street for food options including Indian (le curry)

We stayed for four nights and the breakfast menu was same for all the four days , not even a single change in the items served, in fact last day we almost skipped breakfast and had some fruits.

nice welcome from front desk staff very helpful. breakfast was nice good selection. room was comfy and clean. beach nearby. overall very enjoyable stay.

not many sun loungers around the pool, it was hard to secure one unless you went early, there was a sign stating towels will be removed if unoccupied for 30 minutes but i did not see staff enforcing this rule. there was a couple of solid wood benches that were near the pool but nobody sat on them in the daytime this space could be better used for more loungers.
