Absolutely brilliant hotel. Better than ever expected. Get a sea view room you won't be disappointed waking up to the best view every morning. We had a spacious and clean room. Staff very lovely and all very friendly and helpful! We ate a meal at the restaurant on our first evening and it was delicious! Also had breakfast on our last day again couldn't fault it. Free parking available outside, all felt safe and secure. Our van stayed in the same spot all week. Area was great! Opposite there are steps down to an area for sunbathing and swimming. Walking distance to the port where you can get the tram. Also train station is not too far away! We didn't want to leave!!

Nothing it was perfect!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and well appointed with very comfortable beds. The location could not be better - right on the seafront and around the corner from the Old Port with restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The breakfast (which we got included in the tariff) was wonderful - a buffet with everything you needed/wanted. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. An absolutely beautiful hotel. I would definitely like to return!

Only one tiny thing - one pillow each was not enough. There was an extra one high up in the cupboard but only one, so my husband took it :-)

The Staff extremely helpful with directions and advice. The Room and Shower facilities were excellent and a very silent and efficient A/C which I did not always use. Breakfast on the Terrace overlooking the Sea view was top class.

A few steps to reach the main entrance- but alterations are underway. A rooftop pool and sunbathing area would be amazing !- but sea access is easy and just across road. Beach is stoney so shoes required.

The location is exceptional. It is about a half hour from the busier, touristy area and the Promenade des Anglais but we chose the hotel for that very reason. It was only a short walk from some very good and affordable restaurants and right across the street from some pricey restaurants and bars with absolutely breathtaking views. We had an ocean view from our room that was exceptional. There is a small rocky beach across the street where locals go very early so it's not really a place where you can spend the day at the beach. But there are beach clubs close by where you could rent a chair, umbrella and towels. The hotel is perfect to drive along the French Riviera and if you want to visit Monaco or Menton, the latter which we did and loved. It is also easy to drive in and out with ample parking.

Nothing really. Everything went smoothly and we were very happy there.

Our room was a good size, contemporary decor was pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. There was a great choice of hot or cold foods at the buffet breakfast which we enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the bay. Truly idyllic. The location was superb for our purposes. The views around the harbour are excellent, the old town is walkable ( 20 - 30 minutes ) It has a venetian feel to the narrow streets with charming shops and numerous places to have a coffee, drink or a meal. The tram system is within 10 minutes walk giving access to a larger area, including the airport. Ample above ground parking too, not a cramped basement as many hotel car parks tend to be.

It was unfortunate that the restaurant was fully booked prior to our arrival, this is not a criticism of the hotel, if it’s fully booked they are clearly getting it right. Be wise and book ahead of your stay .

Location excellent. Staff - Melanie, Elena, Christoff, Monir and others - all very caring, polite and accommodating. If the hotel had gardens and pool then it would truly be an absolute jewel. Hotel very popular for conventions, seminars etc. - this probably took a little away from it being a peaceful and tranquil holiday hotel. Breakfast fine with adequate selection., Evenings meals (i.e. Le Gourmand menu) were of a high quality at reasonable prices as were the drinks.

Use as a major convention venue. But one has to accept the role of the home,

Fantastic location, lovely helpful staff, nice room, very clean and spacious. Restaurant was great with fabulous views, food delicious both breakfast and dinner. Quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Nice centre with great bus links only a minute away. As this seems to be more of a business hotel, the only thing we would wish for would be more casual outdoor seating area to relax in and be able to order a drink outside meal times as we were on holiday (we did use the beautiful courtyard one day but also used by meeting rooms and felt we were intruding). Otherwise, fabulous!

The location was very close to the main area but still quiet at night. Parking was onsite and easy. Great views.

The restaurant was always “completely booked” despite there being a very limited number of people inside and take away was never an option. The shower drain needed to be covered with a towel daily or the room smelled of rotten eggs. The breakfast was supposed to be served at 7am and on our last day we had to leave at 745. We waited until 750 and there were still no hot items for breakfast and there was no cream or staff to be found.

We loved our stay at Hotel Le Saint Paul - a big reason we chose it was because we rented a car, and having private parking was such a plus. After reading reviews, we decided to upgrade to an ocean-view room and highly recommend this - we were on the 4th floor, and it was spectacular. The room was spacious, offering closet space and a sizable office desk. Immediate access to a rock beach located at the front of the hotel - lots of locals and loved being able to jump right into the water (be sure to bring water shoes to spare your feet!) Easy walk 10 mins walk to a market, restaurants and the tram and can get to central Nice very easily. We didn't have an opportunity to eat dinner at the restaurant, but breakfast was well-stocked and nice to be able to eat on the outdoor patio. Would happily recommend to friends & family!

Nothing - everything met expectations!

This hotel is located next to the stony beach (one can bathe and then quietly have a shower in the room, although there is a shower by the beach, if needed). The old harbour and the tram stop are several hundred metres away. We loved the fact that there were not too many people if to compare it with crowded beaches of central Nice not far away.

Our double bed was really tiny; with my left arm I could touch the wall (the room itself was rather tiny); there was dust on the shelves. Unfortunately, due to the high season we could not eat in the restaurant of the hotel but we believe that food there is the same splendid as the views from it.
