I did a lot of research for hotels & appts in Nice and selected this one - it was the perfect choice for me and my teenage daughter. We had standard studio overlooking the street but it was quiet. Room was looking nice and it had all necessities, incl. safe and a powerful hair dryer. I am surprised how well the kitchenette was equipped, you can see it on the pics attached. Front desk staff very helpful, big + for water machine and coffee capsules available 24/7. Location is ideal for sightseeing, walking distance to all key places, both trams close by. Good bakery downstairs and nice restaurant around the corner (open late). 2 groceries within 3 mins walk. Strongly recommend!

Great location and the nicest staff! The tram was 2minutes walk from the hotel for access all around Nice and also only 4 stops form Nice Ville Train station for further travel. The tram stop from the airport is only a 2-4min walk also. Location in the old town so loads of lovely bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel. Beach towel available to rent for €5each and beach bits left by other guests available to take at the hotel for the day for free

We stayed for 5 nights and the room cleaned once, it was completely fine for us but just so you are aware

Location was great! Close to all the shops in Old Nice and to the beach. The room was great and clean. Our bed was comfortable and the pull out bed for both our young girls was also comfortable. The room was equipped with a small closet kitchenette that had everything we needed (microwave, hot kettle, sink, small fridge) along with utensils and cups/mugs. The bathroom was a great size and if you are into taking baths, you will appreciate the large, deep bathtub :) TV came with Netflix which was huge as we have younger kids and during our down time it was nice just turning on the TV. The staff was amazing and SUPER friendly and helpful. If we ran out of something, they were there to help and they always left extra items (sugar, coffee, tees, etc) at the front desk in case you needed anything after hours - after they have left. We bought the breakfast package and it was worth it. You will need to go downstairs to the restaurant next door to get it though. You will have a choice of 3 types of breakfast and they are yummy and filling. All we did is tell them we were staying there and that's it. They didn't even ask to see any receipts or anything. Overall, if we come back, I wouldn't mind staying here again :)

I really don't have anything bad to say but if I need to i would say that our room faced the main road so we did hear the traffic noise when we opened the doors. The weather was great so I wish I could have propped the door open more but the noise was just too much after a few minutes. But this is not a big deal at all. The actual room configuration was a bit awkward but they are trying to retrofit older buildings so I expect that.

This property was fully renovated not so long time ago so it was very modern, clean and functional. It was located in a busy (and convenient) area but the room was soundproof and we didn't hear anything during the night. Staff was very kind and helpful. Large safety boxes on the corridor were very useful to store our luggage after check out. We also loved the welcome macarons and complimentary bottles of sparkling water.

Fantastic location near main station, (all forms of public transport links), supermarkets, a stone's throw from the old town, and not too far to go on a relaxed 15-20 minute walk to the sea front. We walked everywhere and used the handy bus and tram links to do sightseeing further afield. Wonderful personal care and attention from the staff and management who helped with every detail and who really cared about our comfort. The rooms were clean and spacious with modern pristine bathrooms. This was for myself and my three children on a short break during the Easter holidays. The black outs were not great in one of the rooms on to the courtyard (which had a cute balcony in the sun) so they kindly moved us to the front where the black out was better and with the windows closed, it was also quiet. We had breakfast in the cafe below at a discount linked to the hotel at the beginning of the stay, but then on other days we walked the short distance to the old town and had something in the square which was very lovely. Am very sensitive to light in the mornings and wake up with slightest light so needed better black out curtains due to later nights out and about! The beautiful vintage shutters are more cosmetic than functional, but we were moved to a room with better curtain coverage which did the job. Thank you.

Great location for striking into the old town and catching the tram. Opposite a nice park with excellent planting. Friendly staff. Small but well decorated and equipped rooms. Tight squeeze for a couple in the one we had (though there seemed to be larger options) but, if you're only going to spend your time there sleeping, it's manageable. Good lockers for leaving things between checkout and flight or whatever. Excellent for a single business or leisure traveler.

Nothing significant. Finding the door in the street is slightly tricky because number 12 is about 40 yards away from number 10. They send an unnecessary and quite confusing email pre check-in.

we stayed there for one day due to our flight cancellation, staff were super friendly, Julien welcomed us at the reception gave us all the information we needed. he was so helpful and the level of service and personal touches in the room and his behaviour made that one night very special. inside the studio was modern and comfortable beds and nice beddings, it had all the necessary things in the little kitchen, safe, large bin, modern bathroom and a little cute table and chairs in the corner. and more importantly even though it is in the main road but you can not hear any traffic or noise once the windows are shut. and the air con was super chill that we had to turn it off at some point even tho it was 27 degrees out there. so in general i would highly recommend this place. i would

there are some minor wear and tear in the walls which is basically normal for a hotel. and also maybe better pillows (this is personal) can be used.

Exceptionally helpful and nice staff that gave us all great recommendations about the city and the nice locations to visit. Location is central with a lot of nice restaurants, plages, and sites just a walking distance. Great and clean facilities.

Overall, there is nothing that I disliked that will make me not revisit. However, these are some suggestions: The commodes are slippery and sometimes not that practical to place your stuff. Even though the breakfast was delicious, there were not so many options.

The staff are excellent. Texted ahead on first day to welcome us and give us a door code should reception not be attended. Throughout they could not be more helpful. They work very hard to ensure all is well and make you feel at home, great! Location is also brilliant, just down the road from Garibaldi square and tram lines. Walking distance to the majority of Nice, We could even walk to the airport (albeit a 90 minute one)! Even offered us a discount on a return stay for friends and family. This property would suit both those who need a bit of extra assistance and those who like to do their own thing and explore!

Excellent big shower, but a small shower screen. The room could’ve been a little bigger to accommodate 2 single occupants (this was however a double bed and single sofa bed).

The hotel is in a perfect location in Vieux Nice. Julien was very helpful and recommended some good food spots! They also have a luggage storage available which allowed me to enjoy my last day. The TV was in an awkward position but that didn't really bother me.
