We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights in October 2023. We think it was a very good choice for us when staying for a long time in one place. Pros: 1. Great and spacious room #600, facing both sides of hotel 2. Excellent breakfast matching 4 star hotel level 3. Beautiful and spacious garden what belongs to hotel. It is located inside hotel yard, quite, with cozy chairs. We used to spend some time there every morning with a cup of coffee 3. Open swimming pool and hot water tub on the roof. We liked to stay there at the end of the day. 4. Supporting reception staff who assisted us with a lot of advise. We want to mention in particular Gian, Dasha and Dmitry 5. Convenient hotel location close to railway station, public transit, restaurants, stores, sea atc.

Cons: Hard mattress, but we were provided with extra mattress cover to make mattress softer.

Location was great. Close to shopping strip, Christmas markets and trams.

The pillows were so thin. Not comfortable at all…. And we had another guest on our floor smoking in their room so the smell came into our room. Not acceptable. Happened twice.

Central location. Rooftop terrace for sunbathing with small pool to cool off in. Cool rooftop bar. Aircon good and room had blackout curtains and was quiet. They let us check in early. Great breakfast and I loved the chilled water dispensers.

Very dated - needs a refurb. Certainly our room did and the depressing corridor with woodchip wallpaper and tired paint finishes; the loose slabs next to the pool. Also the whiff of drains when using the shower and sink in our room.

The 2 very different outdoor areas were excellent - 1-very peaceful garden which was well landscaped and maintained -and oasis of quiet in central Nice. 2-rooftop bar and swimming pool nice place to relax with views of Nice.

Design of room- Access to cupboards in hallway blocked if partner coming and going from bathroom as cupboard doors opening blocked way to room.

The hotel was good, modern and clean Staff very helpful and friendly

Room was cleaned everyday, my only disappointment was the maid never replaced the coffee pods or milk in the room. My husband had to go to the maid in the hallway every morning to get replacements, which the maid was always happy to supply us with. I asked for extra hangers which were brought to the room straight away which was really nice, we were then able to unpack. I found the bed to be a bit too firm for me, so asked at reception for a bed topper, to which they put on the bed straight away for us. The service was very good

Perfect location, we just walked to and from the old town but there is a tram outside. Close to shops, bakeries etc. The privilege room with balcony was ideal for us, with a great view of the cathedral. The rooftop pool was really good to have to cool down… though hard to get a lounger at times. The concierge was helpful and friendly. We didn’t have breakfast there as there are so many other cheaper options nearby, like Brioche Chaud.

The rooftop bar is overpriced!

we booked a privilege room but got upgraded to a junior suite privilege room as it was my wife’s birthday which was huge and beautiful overlooking the cathedral they even decorated the room which was fantastic. pool is fantastic with a few chair beds to lay on and roof bar was very nice. Hotel is right in centre of nice with a huge supermarket just round the corner and stoney beach near the famous fountain is about 15 mins walk away. The old town of nice is really nice near the walk up the mountain to the waterfall with lots of food markets in the morning and bars.

Fantastic room - junior suite. Very clean and the rooftop bar and terrace is a great feature and lively in the evenings.

Breakfast selection was a little unusual for those used to a UK full English - carrots, rice, egg, sausages for hot meals. Something looked like yoghurt but turned out to be cottage cheese. They have signs up but it was a strange spread for 18 EUR.

The hotel was lovely and the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I had emailed to say we were flying in early and could we get our room on arrival and they provided me with the room once we arrived so we could get a few hours sleep and be ready for our rugby match

The bed was quite squeaky which was annoying
