Convenient location as it is walking distance to shops, restaurants, transportation, places to visit. Comfortable stay. Friendly and accomodating staff are great. Able to store luggages even after checkout is a plus. Microwave, hairdryer, kettle, small fridge, plates, cutlery etc. provided.
This is not a criticism to the property itself but the street has an unpleasant smell. Homeless and addicted people seem to be based on this street. Due to this, it feels a bit unsafe when walking alone to the property. But otherwise, the location is good. Noise from other rooms can be heard. Wifi a bit weak in the room but is more stable along the corridor.

Staff was incredibly pleasant and willing to help. Location is sensational as you are within walking distance from everything, just off the main street. The room was facing the courtyard, so not much of a view, but we were outside most of the time and at night it was very quiet. It came with a kitchenette, which was handy. If you're travelling on a budget, and you're not too fussed about the size of your room, this is the best value for money.
Cleaning only happens if you request it at the reception and can be easily arranged at a fee of 10eur. We were happy to pay, but it would be nice to know the extra costs in advance, so you can plan for it.

The staff were friendly and obliging. The location was really as good as it gets - literally a 30-second walk from Notre Dame and a five- to ten-minute walk to restaurants and the beach. There is little to do in Nice, but this is typical of any oceanside city. The accommodation was typical of French size, but it had everything you needed. An ensuite, bed, and kitchenette. I'd happily stay here again.
As a non-smoker, you could smell the cigarette smoke wafting in under the door of an evening, but it was nothing that an open wi dow or the aircon couldn't resolve. The matress does need to be replaced. The huge indent where everyone tends to sleep gives it away.

Location is right in the centre of town - less than a 15 minute walk to the beach, and less than a 5 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants you could want. The apartment came with a functional kitchenette which allowed me to cook at home, keeping costs down while travelling. The cost of the stay was great value.
The apartment is not expensive so don't expect 5 star luxury accommodation - you get what you pay for. But everything was clean and functional. The street the hotel is on does have a group of homeless people that sometimes camp out at the entrance of the street so be aware of that. This is a function of being in the city centre though, unfortunately there are people struggling with homelessness throughout the city. The group on this street did not bother me during my stay.

The hotel is in the city centre, close to the shops and not far from the beach. The room is small but it has everything you need. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for, so don't expect anything fancy. For us, everything was good. I saw some comments about the bed, but we didn't have a problem with that. The bed was ok, everything was clean. The room and the bathroom were pretty tiny but it didn't bother us. The air conditioner worked. We didn't cook in the kitchen but it has all the appliances if you would like to cook something. The staff was nice and generous. Wifi worked ok, so no problem with that either. We had a good experience. It's a good place if you are on a budget.
The hotel is situated on a street where you see homeless people, but they didn't bother us. Sometimes, the street smelled like pee, especially at night. We did not feel threatened at all. They're just there and that's it.

I was so glad that I chose to stay at this hotel. I was already aware of curtain disadvantages of the place. However IT WAS WORTH IT. The staff was just amazing. Both of them were doing their best to make my first visit to Nice exceptional. Maps, beach amenities greatest suggestions were at my disposal :). What was unexpectedly fantastic is that I found out Benjamin's (receptionist) father is also from Azerbaijan (where I'm also from) and he speaks perfect Russian. There was a lot to talk about with him :)) So I most definitely recommend this beautiful spot to those who wants to budget and stay in a city center ( the location is also brilliant).
The single room where I stayed is quite small. It's perfect for relatively small people (I'm 174) without a large suitcase, because basically you don't have enough space to open and leave it that way. Although a room is small, a bathroom is quite good sized.

The staff are so lovely, helpful and accommodating. Our flight arrived at midnight so it was nice to know the reception had someone working 24/7. Our departure flight was also late at night so it was really good that we could store our luggage, they even let us use their facilities to change into our plane clothes as we had spent the day at the beach. For just 2 of us the room was what we needed and comfortable.
As previous reviews mentioned there are homeless people on the street, mostly they didn’t bother us but there was one incident that gave us a bit of a fright. Not the hotels fault obviously but it’s good information to know. Overall I wouldn’t say this affected our stay, it was still nice.

Excellent place! Even if the room is a bit small, it's equipped with everything you need. Huge plus for the kitchen zone, microwave, and for that comfortable bed. The position is absolutely perfect, as long you can reach every interest point very easy even if you choose to walk. Big supermarket is near. Stations for the public transport also. I was happy with the choice and for the staff attitude! So big thanks for everything :)

First of all, you have to understand that is a 10.0 review for a 1 star hotel. Which means that they offer 100% of what they can. Second, it's cheap and of course you get what you paid for. But that's where my judgment starts. I see people complaining about the little, old rooms, but you can't except a suite with what you pay. Plus, you see it in the pictures and it's exactly like in the picture. Did it ever crossed your mind that it's very hard to do structural changes in a building in Nice? Or did it ever occur you that the pandemic hit so hard that the hotel will need at least three years to make money so they can buy niddle for a room? Go easy on these guys. You can see from their communication that they really want the best for their guests. We were having a terrible noise outside the window of room 15. We asked if there's something we can do and the guy moved us to another room with a smile on his face. Simple as that! Btw the rooms might be old, but at least are super clean. I found hair dhe dust in 5 star hotels that did't exist in Petit Louvre. I will totally come back there next time I visit Nice!
A lot of things next to the hotel, but the comments here are for the hotel. They are not responsible for what happens outside.

A perfect example of a budget hotel. Central, clean, everything works, nice staff. The kitchenette helped me keep my costs down. Several supermarkets are within 5 min walking. Internet worked well. The WIFI issues mentioned in some older reviews have definitely been resolved.
If they could put some rubber feet or something on the bedposts so that the bed stops sliding around the room every time you move, that would be great. Minor, but annoying. The shower is very tiny. For me as a fat guy, it was a bit difficult.
