We booked the hotel to be near to the Stadium of Nice as we were attending a rugby match there. As advertised it was just a five minute easy walk to the stadium and perfect for us. The bar and restaurant ( when open ) were pleasant and the breakfast provided a good choice of food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

WE arrived on Friday and the restaurant was not open that evening. But we were directed to a very nearby restaurant which was very nice. Not a problem but a bit unusual. The reception and ground floor areas were all modern and pleasant. The bedrooms, however, are a bit basic but comfortable enough for short stay.

Everything was great. The staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. The pool and pool area was very nicely set out. I would strongly recommend this hotel. If I could take this hotel with me everywhere, then I would.

As I am older and my knees are not very strong I found it difficult to get in the pool and impossible to get out on my own. If I had gone alone, I would not have been able to use the pool. It needs one set of steps and rail for safety and availability. The pillows were very thick and quite firm. Too high and hard for us.

If you arrive at the airport there is a tram outside that stops 200M from the hotel. It costs 1.75E as opposed to the 40E we paid the taxi. The tram will aslo take you to the St.Augustin train station or a variety of spots around the city, so the hotel is very convenient. Its also one block from a large supermarket if you need literally anything. The hotel staff are a 10. The property was spotless and the breakfast was outstanding. If your from North America the coffee is outstanding. As a small aside its very close to the stadium so if your seeing a sporting event or what not, its right there. As far as value is concerned its execellent.

Incredibly small thing. The Scambled eggs were a little under done and sloppy. Perhaps speaking only for some North Americans (and I do understand there are others), we normally prefer them a little more cooked. Again, super small.

The hotel is very nice, clean and with lots of services available. The restaurant deserves a visit both for breakfast and dinner as quality of food and dishes were great. The room and bathroom are really comfortable, even with a little balcony available. The pool spot is nice and towel service was a plus.

The pool is a bit small. I had an issue when I asked for a taxi to the airport (6km away). A taxi without meter has arrived and pretended me to pay 45€ for the travel. Hotel location is on a main road: even though I didn't have the time to visit the area more, I cannot say what is there.

We loved how lovely and quiet it was. Breakfast was great with lots of choices including alternative milks. The staff was very helpful and waiters friendly. We loved dinner there, the chefs are top and the food was just incredible

the down side is that the hotel is not in the centre of Nice but the outskirts so to get to the touristic areas, a couple of tram journeys are needed. However, the tram station is a short walking distance away from the hotel so it’s easy to get to and from city centre and even airport.

Although a little way out from the centre of Nice, I highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a huge smile, and everyone was very professional and always went above and beyond in helping us with our questions. The quality of the breakfast was exceptional and again the staff in the breakfast room greeted us warmly and with a big smile, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool in lovely grounds was a huge bonus to relax and enjoy. Only 50 metres from the tram stop and a lovely journey into the centre of Nice, a 10 journey ticket only costs 10 €, can't get that in the UK

Perfect location for attending an event at the Stade. Very comfortable bed and good balcony furniture. we spent the day by the lovely pool which is at the back of the building ,so nice and quiet. The gardens were very well looked after. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking in a secure car park or paid overnight parking in a garage. Very good tapas restaurant across the road.

Breakfast was good but expensive at €25 per person.

Most generous and helpful staff! We arrived early and was given towels for the pool and complimentary coffees and cake. It had a beautiful pool which was cool but not cold (June) with a great view of their flowery garden and the mountains. Restaurants food was great. Room was fresh and clean and very comfy, air con was on before we got in so it was perfect. Didn’t really explore the area but we did use the local shop and nearby tram which were immaculate. DONT BUY A TRANSFER FROM BOOKING.COM! Their is a tram station right outside which is direct to and from the airport terminals (€1.50 single).

Shower smelt bad the next morning and limited food menu. Not dealbreakers though!

It is a new, clean, modern hotel, with a large and free parking lot.

The hotel is charging 25 EUR per person (!) for a breakfast. I was quite amazed, if they are serving lobster or what. Even though the hotel was almost completely empty, they wanted to charge me 20 EUR for a bathtub in the room. It was never a problem elsewhere.

Our flight was cancelled just before midnight and we were all asked to leave the airport - this was therefore an emergency booking and we had no idea where we were! However we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very helpful and the room clean and comfortable. Our room faced the road but we had no issue with noise. We only wish we had had more time to enjoy the facilities, including a lovely pool. The tram is just up the road which will take you into Nice and the airport.
