Nice room, fresh and white bedding, well-equipped kitchen, close to Airport, close to Nice center and other tourist locations, good tram connection to the train station where train took us to Cannes, to Monaco get a bus 607. From the Airport take a whatever tram, direction Port Lympia, and get off on station Grand Arenas where at the machine on tram stop buy a ticket for all Nice. From Airport to Gran Arenas these two station are unpaid. We didn't know about it but the tram driver said us this. Do not buy a ticket at the machine at the Airport tram stop for 10 or 12 euros. It is the one way ticket not for all Nice City. It is a nice hotel in Nice ;)

old fashioned restroom and bathroom. Only one lift was working but the second Was OK!

2nd time here as it is convenient. Room on the front side with a balcony. Like a studio. Love that it has a kitchen (no dishwasher) towel, soap and sponge provided. You empty the garbage. The tram to the city and the airport stops in front. Supermarket around the corner. 1 street from the boulevard and the beach. Rental bikes also around the corner. Bed was good. Large closet space. Airco/ heating, multiple lightning/ table etc. Very convenient. Save neighborhood. Not in the city center, but with the tram only a few minutes away or by bike 10-15 min. Wifi works good. A door code to enter the building. Some food products/ snacks you can buy.

The check in time is very strict. If you arrive early even a bit, you are out of luck and have to go, but you can leave your luggage. It was ok clean, but definitely in need of some deep cleaning/ maintenance. Dusty corners, wear down of utilities. There were little beasts “silver fishes” in the room.

It was a very nice location and very comfortable to get there from the airport.

Maybe we miss it if it was written somewhere , but no one notified us about the reset of internet. When we went to ask why we were without internet, we were told that’s because of the reset. Unfortunately they weren’t able to provide us with new credentials right away and we ended up without an internet for the rest of the day for half a day. But other than that it was nice. :)

There should be a "do not disturb" system for cleaners to see before they enter with their master key. Had 2 instances of cleaners bursting into the appartment in the early morning while we were just waking up

the room itself was clean, functional and so good to have a fridge cooker sink microwave etc so in the morning or evening when you are hungry and don’t want to go out again you can keep some French goodies to eat from the nice little bakeries and restaurants to have later. really handy having a kettle. not noisy we didn’t hear anyone really just the outside door once or twice. the hotel staff are very nice.

the carpets on the second floor are terrible in the corridors leading up to the room. extremely dirty and stained which leads to a bad impression of the room. but the room itself turned out to be very clean and nice looking. coming from England it was shocking to see they would leave stained carpets for guests to see. that needs to be sorted out.

We stayed here for 7 days it is so close to the beach, there is a tram stop outside of the hotel which takes you into the centre and to old nice. There are a lot of places to eat close by, or you can get the tram to the centre for more choice of places to eat and drink! Balcony overlooked the road, hills and beach it was great for people watching. Paul on the reception was super friendly and helpful, he made sure we had everything we needed. Hotel was clean, pool facilities were good but you do need a swimming cap. We will be back!

The road outside is busy till very late at night with trams and cars that did not bother us but it might be annoying if you are a light sleeper. Didn’t have swimming caps on the first day of our stay so we had to go into nice centre to decathlon to get some…good job we swim at home.

Very well placed and had everything we needed. Good selection for breakfast and very helpful staff who were welcoming. Upgraded room on arrival and after noise disturbances was upgraded to a room away from the issue.

What we didn’t realise was that some apartments are equivalent to an Airbnb, and the rooms were being used by students. Music went on till very late and the reception staff did go and deal with them. When things didn’t stop they upgraded us which was a huge plus.

The receptionist who greeted us was very kind and welcoming upon arrival and the staff we spoke to were all very helpful and answered any queries or questions immediately. The apartment was very nice, spacious enough for my husband and I and with a nice balcony. The bathroom storage was perfect. The apartment was great in proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants.

The apartment could have done with some flowers on the balcony and maybe some more towels.

Great location and a great little studio with everything we needed. Stovetop, fridge, small icebox in the fridge (good for icecream), microwave etc. One block from promenade des Anglais and the ocean. Several food stores nearby. Close to the tram from the airport so it is very handy. Really good wifi, perhaps the best I have ever had in a hotel. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with the towel rack and it was fixed quickly and well which was nice. Fantastic value for the little money we paid. Would definitely and happily stay here again.

Most of the tv channels in English did not work. Several other channels on the list we got from the hotel did not work either. We had our computer so it was not a big deal for us. We dig not ask the reception about it, maybe it is an easy fix. The shower tended to leak unless you were careful where you aimed.

Very friendly staff, excellent location with access to frequent trams and the promenade is literally a 3 or 4 minute stroll. Great balcony

Corridor furnishings and some aspects of decor were very tired and worn. A choice of fresh fruit at breakfast would have been good
