Because of the location to the beach and market areas which are all in walking distance we felt this hotel provided really good value for money. The room is large enough to be comfortable, there is a separate shower room/toilet which is modern and spacious. The staff converse easily though English and were very helpful and pleasant. We found that there was so much in the local area to explore, with great shopping and markets, and while we initially used buses to explore Nice, we very quickly walked every day, so wear really comfortable shoes. We used the tram to get to Garibaldi square only two stops away, and the station is only a few minutes to Victor Hugo to use the underground to go the airport or to other city locations. We arrived at Terminal 1 and caught the train outside the terminal which brings you to Avenue Jean Medicine in about 25 mins for €1.50, a walk of a few mins takes you to the hotel which has an unassuming street presence, but inside it is modern and comfortable with a lift that took us to the 4th Floor at the rear of the Hotel. The room was light, airy and clean, it has a fridge, TV (which we never used) but no kettle, however there is a nice coffee machine in the lobby where you can get a coffee for €2 on request from reception. Room furniture is minimal with 2 drawers and a hanger but it was sufficient to our needs as we only stayed 4 nights. The bed was very comfortable, and the house keeping are terrific, the Hotel provided 4 proper supportive pillows for our bed which was really appreciated, so we slept very well.

The shower area is open, so you need to be careful to avoid getting any water on the floor, a minor inconvenience only. The Hotel provides shampoo and body lotion in the shower area, my wife felt it would have been better to replace the body lotion with hair conditioner because Nice is humid, so pack some conditioner to avoid frizzy hair.

- only 2 shelves, hardly any place to store things (and the rooms are small) - no closet, only few hangers (IBIS hotel-like) - no slippers etc. - nothing of the usual soap, sewing kit additionals = not a 4* hotel but announced as, more a 3+ *

I absolutely loved this little hotel. It was spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained, and it really couldn't have been in a better location. As a solo traveller I had a single room but the bed was actually a small double, supremely comfortable and with beautiful linen and pillows. The room was incredibly well appointed with absolutely everything I could need. I had a fantastic view over Avenue Jean Medicin with lots of bustle and trams. However the double glazing kept most of the noise out which was great. I loved it and will definitely return. Thank you!

Location, location, location🥳 Newly, totaly, renovated, beautiful rooms🥰 Busy streets during the days, quiet streets at night. On the streets of shopping. Old city a few minutes of walk. The tram from the AirPort stops nearby(Line2). I would guess it was about a 3 minutes walk. Public transport just outside the entrance. Bus/Tramline1. Late sleeper, so didn’t try the breakfast. Very helpful staff❤️ Fluently in English👍 Close to beach. About 5 minutes walk. Recommend to take a guided Segway trip🥳 Fun and learned alot about Nice👏 Highly recommend this Hotel❤️

great location, really nice hotel

the ac wouldn’t go lower than 26 degrees Celsius. that is way to hot. we asked the staff several times about this but it seems like it’s what the hotel sets as the minimum. it was not good

Location is very close to the beach, with only several minutes' walk. This really saved me a lot of trouble, as I needed to walk to and from the beach many times. (There were always times when I thought I might have brought too many or too few items to the beach, or I just needed to rest or use the bathroom in my room which makes me feel much safer than in public places as a solo traveller.) Staff was friendly and professional. Spacious room with modern facilities.

The room was really comfortable with a balcony. The aircon was really appreciated (as long as run at a low level so it wasn't too noisy). The bed was comfortable. The ensuite bathroom was really well appointed. Great choices at breakfast.

The wifi was not all that stable. I was working from the room and the wifi wasn't consistent for online meetings. The desk was very small - but this would only be an issue if you were working from the room. .

Location is great, close to the shopping center and Place Massena. A few minutes' walk to the beach. Clean room, and comfortable bed.

There is no coffee or tea in the room, that is a big minus in this hotel. For a 4 star hotel, we expected it to be as it is in many hotels. No slippers, no bathrobe.

Perfect location right on Massena square, opposite Galleria Lafayette. Tram stop right across the hotel. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the family room was a decent size for European standards. . They gave us a kettle on request which was a plus point for me. I requested for a regular cup for tea, which on most days,(depending upon the shift on who was on duty) they did give.

Disposable glasses for water and to keep by the sink in the rooms and also that air conditioning which is centrally controlled had been changed to heating. Opening the windows is not a possibility as street is busy and noisy. Room got stuffy at night. Staff is pleasant but clueless about any information connected with sightseeing etc.

Very convenient location, right in the heart of Nice. No noise from the outside trams/ people. Very clean room, with an extremely comfy bed. Lovely staff, who were very helpful at check in/out. Luggage room and toilet which helped as our flight landed early and departed late.

Could sometimes hear the cleaners on the corridor cleaning. However this did not wake us as we was already awake by the time they were moving equipment.
