Don’t like when the restaurant staff answers back in French when you try to ask something. My French is limited, and it’s an international hotel.

The room is ideally located near the Place Massena, Promenade des Anglais, and the Nice market. Getting to the hotel from the train station or the airport is very easy. A 10-minute walk brings you to the train station, offering convenient access to other parts of the French Riviera (Cannes, Eze, etc.). The staff at the hotel are outstanding and highly informative.

The size of the room was a disappointment but was very comfortable.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the center of Avenue Jean Medecin. Walking distance from amazing and best restaurants, shopping centers, etc... The staff are friendly and professional and the hotel is warm and cozy

This property was located in the heart of Nice, a wonderful spot with easy access to the supermarket, shops, pharmacies etc. The room we booked was well sized and spacious, and compared to other reviews I have seen, our toilet/basin/shower were all in the one bathroom. It was a comfortable apartment for our stay in Nice.

The air conditioning was not strong enough for very hot days. Some parts of the room were outdated, like the hairdryer and mini fridge. TV was also very small.

The payment for the 1st night is demanded in advance, and it is not via the booking platform, even after doing that, you keep getting notified of the credit card 'not accepted' on booking.com app..... The wifi is next to impossible to connect on Iphone for some reason, spent more time trying to connect than surfing internet (worked fine on Android). The hairdryer didnt work in my room + the temperature of water is either too hot or too cold.

We chose this hotel by its position,located in a nice street in the city centre,easily reached by L 2 tram from the airport.Then,we wanted this,a little bit bigger room,with some sitting space.The staff was very nice and helpful,the room clean,nicely decorated.We didnt want to have breakfast,since it is not our first visit to Nice and we know that there are million fantastic little cafes (one just opposite the Hotel)where 2 of us could have rich,fresh breakfast for max 15 euros(24 in the Hotel).

The walls are not sound proof so you can not sleep if anyone in the rooms around you is using a bathroom. The toiletries are basic,there is no real shampoo(only 2 in 1 liquid soap,20 ml),conditioner, nor body lotion. You are given small cardboard glasses for water(the fridge is completely empty) and also,to put a toothbrush and toothpaste inside,which is impossible...so they stay wet on the sink..occasionally,the water pressure falls,so the water in the shower is too hot...or too cold...and finally-we always book rooms with a kettle at last,because we like to have coffee early in the morning..but,you are given only 2 tea bags...they shrugged their shoulders when we asked for coffee,and we couldn't buy any -the shops were closed on the 1.st of May!

Great location in city center, close to shops, they also allowed us to use a parking spot (not free). The room was pretty big, clean, inexpensive. Overall, a pretty comfortable and decent stay for the money.

The shower head is not attached, you have to pretty much hold it yourself constantly. Inconvenient, yet technically should be an easy fix. Also, not a negative, but just a warning - the little fridge in the room was actually a freezer, at least in our room. So all the food we stored there froze.

Location is really good, close to many cafés and the old city. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The room is spacious and has a mini fridge, which is always nice. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was of a food size too and the shower has a good water pressure (check the cons).

Shower drain cannot handle the water volume if you open it all the way- you risk flooding the room, so you need to open the water just halfway through. The sink drain is smelly, has a sewer smell so brushing your teeth is a challenge. The exaustor in bathroom does not work. There is power outlet in only one side of the bed which is inconvenient, everybody these days has at least a phone to charge.

It is located in a nice location and close to the city center. There is a few local cafes and shops in a few minutes walk so easy to get everything. It takes only 10-15 minutes walk to the seaside. All the staffs are really friendly and always happy to help. The room is in a nice size and quiet. We really have a happy time staying here.

The only bit is that the toilet is separated from the shower and sink so we always need to walk around.

Great hotel in a fab location to explore Nice. 15 mins from the train station, 10 mins from the old town. Comfy large double bed and good size bathroom with shower and nice towels. Staff held our luggage for us while we explored which is great. Fab for a couple of night stay to explore the city. Room was very clean. Aircon worked great to keep the room cool, and had doors you could open with blackout curtains. Small lift to get up to the rooms. Friendly staff who offered to give us information if we wanted about the city.

Not even a complaint as didn't bother us but no plug sockets near the bed.
