Very kind receptionist! We arrived earlier (around 9am) to leave our luggage and they already had the room ready, just awesome. Also, they have a cute lobby where you can get a very good coffee and other hot drinks for free and also you can refill the water from their water dispenser. We were thrilled. Rooms are small but cozy. You can find everything in it; water kettle, coffee, tea, safe deposit box, fridge and all the necessary supplies in the bathroom.

The only thing we've missed was an AC - it didn't work with their explanation that it's still winter time and it's not turned on. But if you close the window (it's quite noisy outside) there is no air inside so you need at least a fan function.

The staff was incredible, so nice and helpful. The rooms were super clean, and everything was really neat. Fresh towels and room cleaning every day. Every time we needed something, the personnel was ready to help. Everything was within walking distance and couldn't be better for our stay. Loved our stay, and definitely recommend it.

The walls were a little bit thin, but we only had issues on the first night and the staff was very helpful and solved every problem. After that, we haven't had any issues.

The room had a very nice design, lots of closet spce and a there was a desk and a small balcony as well. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good for French standards. Lots of options, fresh pancakes, mini croissants, eggs, cereal and different types of cheese and meat. There was free coffee, tea and water all day.

The bathroom was tiny! Never seen such a small bathroom. It wasn't a problem for me but honestly a bigger/ tall person might not even be able to close the door while sitting on the toilet haha. The windows and walls weren't very soundproof. The train station is very close and a busy street as well, and we could hear cars and trains and loud neighbours at night. Luckily we aren't light sleepers but for people who wake up easily this might be a problem. The design of the room was nice BUT there were some small damages, like the wallpaper coming off in one spot or the shelf in the bathroom being lose so I was worried it might fall off any time.

We enjoyed your stay at the hotel. The location is perfect. You are close to the old town of Nice, the metro stop (connection to airport), the train station and the beach. You have unlimited access to water, coffee, hot water, and hot chocolate which is very useful. The rooms are not too big but just right for a city-trip (the small balcony is however a very nice feature). They are very clean and bell decorated. We were very pleased with the breakfast. The price is reasonable and the buffet has all kinds of cheese, cereals, eggs and even vegan options ( almond milk, fruit, bread, jam, juice). We were positively surprised and definitely recommend booking the breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their hospitality is highly appreciated. We definitely recommend staying here when you stay in Nice.

The staff were incredibly friendly, each time we came to and from the hotel there was a friendly hello/goodbye and I noticed on many occasions them helping others guests with their needs. They were very approachable. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and checked in frequently if we needed anything. The room was really lovely and well decorated, a little on the small side but given the city has so much to offer we were barely there so this was no issue. The location is perfect for anyone wishing to alternate between Nice, Cannes and Monaco as the distance between the beach and train station is barely anything. It was a very handy location. For anyone looking for a little less city bustle there was no noise from the outside and you're not having to sacrifice being far away for this. Finally there are reviews about the noise. There was some but not enough to put off ever staying here again. Noise was from other guests and not the location. It was not a problem for us.

Villa Bougainville by Happy Culture is located very close to Nice's train station, and just a short walk away from the Promenade and sea. The Old Town is just a few tram stops away, or a 20 min. walk away through Av. Jean Médecin, the shopping street. Our room was large (25 sqm) with a very spacious bathroom. The whole place is very welcoming, and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast offered a large variety of coffee, juices, viennoiserie pastries, petits pains, cheeses, charcuterie and even pancakes. An ideal start for happy days in Nice :D

Very bright, modern furnishings, very clean with comfortable beds and a powerful shower. We chose the hotel for its location (easy walking distance from the station), as it was just a one-nighter, travelling back to our home in south-west France after travelling around northern Italy by train. We expected some road/rail noise because of its location but the hotel had catered for this by providing ear-plugs and we both slept very well. The receptionist was very cheerful and recommended a nearby Thai hotel for our late dinner and this proved to be a real gem.

I found my room 301 too small but more important I did not like the smell in the room Thanks for upgrading me into room 405 which is great

Staff friendly. We got a beverage and chocolate upon arrival and there was complimentary water and coffee all day. Great decor. They also beach umbrellas and mats.

Bathroom is small. We asked for a queen bed and got double single joined together, which was not comfortable. The elevator could also do with an upgrade.

location is very good, 5 minutes walk from train station. It’s easy for people interested in visiting neighborhood cities like Cannes, Monaco,… Hotel is very nice designed. nice and helpful staff with 24 hours reception.

the walls between rooms are very thick and every sound from outside and next rooms be heard.
