staff were excellent, particularly the restaurant team. They were overly helpful and made breakfast very easy

The pool area could be kept better. Bar glasses should be collected regularly and grounds should be free from weeds. Sun loungers were not very comfortable and pool water was not clear.

The room was clean and spacious, the hotel itself is clean and very open.

I think the bar facilities could be better for a hotel of this size. The rooms were clean, the two single beds may need some attention as I don't believe they are for adults. The window on the 7th floor opens wide which isnt good for any families with children and can be very dangerous. When making the booking the best price was through their website which I was unable to book due to the payment not going through with 3 dfferent cards. called the hotel and they said there is nothing they can do which was disappointing which led me to pay over 120 Euros more.

Breakfast was a poor. No fresh fruits except for apples, not enough amounts of bread, croissants and omelette on Sunday when it was quite busy

The location of the hotel is ideal as is it between Paris Attractions and Disneyland. We are a family of 2 kids enjoyed the stay here. only disadvantage is that Breakfast on weekdays closes at 9am and during weekends closes at 10am. other than that the staff were friendly and guided us on the day one to the metro station through the mall which was good. Kids enjoyed the stay here as we travelled 2 days to paris city center with eiffel tower and 2 days to disneyland.

The rooms were modern and spacious. The bathroom seemed quite new with a great shower. The bed was very very comfortable with quite luxurious bedding and pillows. The staff was really friendly and helpful despite us arriving really late (near to midnight) - great communication beforehand too as I called to check if the rooms were on the same floor etc. There is parking below the hotel which is very helpful in the area of Paris (although it's not free but times are flexible as we stayed a little later than the usual 8am car check out) Dressing gown and slippers provided (always a bonus) The view out of the window over looking Paris and the suburb was really lovely.

The luggage area wasn't available as they are undergoing some building work in that area of the hotel - we were not made aware of that and had to take our bike up to our room but that was ok.

It was comfy and clean. Fresh water to refill your bottle to drink water in hallway of rooms.

Staff could have been more attentive. There was bacon for breakfast on first day and none on 2nd and 3rd day staff say they need to order some in. They should know when stock is low to order before it runs out. Outdoor pool water is cold and the hotel is 4 star inside but not on the outside it’s run down looking, could do with an improvement.

The room was of reasonable size, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very satisfying. A very clean hotel.

Not being able to order a taxi when needed, and not having enough staff at reception to cope with all requests and check in. Maintenance was poor. I reported that the fridge in our room was out of order, and kept reminding the reception of the problem without response. It remained out of order even though we stayed for 3 nights.

Great stay here ,I’d definitely go back ! You get what you pay for , not an expensive hotel but considering this the decor is gorgeous and very modern ! Most importantly The staff here are very friendly , could not fault them at all they were very welcoming especially at the reception and bar . Very clean room , bathroom probably needs a little upgrade but great shower and comfortable bed most importantly I slept very well which is rare in hotels . Breakfast basic, crossaints, pastries , various breads , toaster , scrambled egg , bacon / sausage , yoghurts ,fresh fruit , pancakes , cereal , traditional French breakfast / cheeses / hams too. Only thing I’d suggest is fried eggs or a little more choice for vegetarians but overall very happy with here . Close enough to the metro for parking into the centre of Paris too🙂 very much recommend here !x

Checked in with 2 children, lovely hotel , lovely inside decor . hotel staff were friendly . I chose this hotel because of how close it is to Disney . Disney is a 20 minute straight drive down the A14 motorway or if not driving there’s a train station in the shopping mall across the road from the hotel. The shopping mall was really convenient because we ate most of our meals there. Nice little pool for relaxing Parking is €12 a night

Breakfast wasn’t the best , the only hot dish was the scrambled eggs and tiny sausages. No baked beans , mushrooms or fried egg. There was plenty breads and croissants and cold meats

The hotel was great, location wise it was perfect to combine a visit to Paris and a visit to Disneyland Paris as it is bang on in the middle of both with great RER connection on the same line

Hotel wise all good in terms of facilities. In terms of staff, they were very kind but extremely disorganised. Breakfast at peak time was madness, not enough plates/cups/glasses. Food turnover not fast enough. If you wanted to order something from the bar, there will be staff there talking among themselves and you’ll be kept waiting to order drinks for hours. They need to improve the breakfast flow and space so customers have more space to sit and not bump into each other trying to find things. Not sure if it was a staff shortage issue or simply training. Pool was great!!!!!
