Obernai is a beautiful, chocolate box town and A La Cour d'Alsace is ideally located a short walk from the main streets, shops, restaurants and market squares. The car park is great, so there's no problem leaving the car behind to walk around. Staff were excellent, especially Kezia, the receptionist who welcomed us like we were old friends, even though we'd never been here before. She helped us with restaurant bookings and showed us around the hotel facilities. We dined in the hotel's own restaurant on our first night and it was excellent.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel was very nice, good facilities with complementary water, soda, coffee and juice available 24/7.thr heated pool and sauna are very nice and great for cold winter days. The Hotel is in a great location in Obernai. The staff are very nice and helpful.

The room cleaning was not sufficient and our towels were not replaced daily. We had to contact the reception and ask for it almost every day.

The location was superb right in the middle of this lovely town.yet so quite The car parking was superb very large car park and plenty of secure parking.The hotel was beautiful, lovely room bathroom facilities, beautiful linen, towels and everything lovely and clean.comfortable beds The breakfasts were great and set you up for the day. The cour d Alsace was an exceptionally well run hotel , totally customer focused and all staff genuinely wanted the guests to have a good experience.I highly rate it and we will most certainly be staying again.

Great room. Large, comfortable, and well appointed. We had a minor maintenance issue initially and the staff handled it quickly and effectively. The receptionist was attentive and very helpful trying g to help us with a dinner reservation since their restaurant was closed the day we visited. The hotel, like the staff, was a first class property that exceeded my expectations. The location was great to access Obernai. There was plenty of parking at the hotel in a large, private courtyard. I am glad we stayed there.

Located in the centre of Obernai, but tucked away and very private and peaceful. Lots of secure car parking available, including ev chargers. The room was fabulous and very comfortable with a lovely view onto the garden. The very helpful reception staff provided good recommendations for dinner and the hotel breakfast was fabulous. The pool/spa area was immaculate and very relaxing.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely village. Free private parking, clean and cozy pool, big room and friendly staff.

The steam sauna was not working during our visit. Our room has a bathroom located a few steps below the room level, which is not so practical for reduced mobility people. The breakfast is nice but with less warm choices for me.

friendly staff, situated in a beautiful village (Obernai), room was full of character but at the same time modern, very comfy bed and bathroom with jacuzzi bath and beautifully heated, tasty breakfast choices (including vegan yogurt and vegan milk for me), free parking, close to Strasbourg for a day trip

the hotel’s restaurant is apparently so popular you have to make a reservation weeks in advance, which,unfortunately,we did not do so we were unable to dine there.

A very quick stay with one overnight so the facilities were not explored, unfortunately. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Free parking is a plus. The hotel is lovely and interesting in its set-up. The garden was relaxing and inviting within a high stone wall with tall trees and various seating areas. Good coffee. The location is fantastic in Obernai.

Perfect location, lovely room, comfortable bed, the bathroom was fantastic.

The coffee station was positioned above the TV. The kettle cord was not long enough to be plugged in anywhere and could also not be moved. Paper cups for coffee not acceptable.
