Upon arrival we were greeted by the most delightful young lady who checked us in. She was training another member of staff who was also lovely. The room was quiet as requested, we were very tired having driven from UK. The bed was comfortable and though the room was small we had a good night sleep. Had to open the bathroom window for fresh air as bedroom window looked out onto flat roof. Shower room was small but had a really good shower. There was no parking but we were able to park for free on the street overnight, we left before 9.30am which was when the parking charges started. Plenty of places on the doorstep to eat and drink in the evening.

From the moment we arrived in Reception the staff were most helpful and although the parking was awkward it ended up being easier than first thought. The room was great and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom was very well refurbished and planned and all-in all an excellent stay. We were recommended a very local restaurant which again proved very agreeable and the made for a memorable stay. Breakfast was excellent so absolutely no complaints and will certainly return.

No Restaurant for an evening meal as we had driven from London that day.

Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. They even had ketchup out for the eggs. Of course, they also had the normal European style foods for breakfast, and even champagne.

If you have a big car I wouldn't recommend the reserved parking as its very cramped underground parking. I would see if you can park somewhere else around the location.

We were received by a friendly and service minded staff. The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre, with a large selection of restaurants within walking distance. Dog friendly hotel, our dog was very welcome. Really good breakfast. We can recommend this hotel.

Private parking is not right next to the hotel

Very well appointed rooms. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Good location for access to Auto route.

Car park was a public car park separate from the hotel. Early morning deliveries to shops and restaurants nearby starts at 5am! Rain shower flooded the bathroom due to problem with water draining away.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The view was excellent. Staff is very helpful and speak many languages. Highly recommended!

Not a lot of room in the bathroom to put your things. Even though the bathroom was spacious and very up to date and comfortable.

Situated on a lovely square in a nice little town. Great base for day trips around the wine area. The hotel is well-designed, stylish and comfortable. The employees were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Reception was excellent. We were made most welcome throughout our stay. The staff were very conscience of providing quality service at all times. Breakfast, well worth the extra, was varied and plentiful. On Sunday morning it was very busy with all seating taken up. However the staff excelled themselves in providing yet more space. 10/10 for the staff without a doubt. Our room, though a smaller room than I expected, was clean and well provisioned. A very comfortable bed which was most welcome. Our view over the square and the Christmas market was a big plus for us. We took advantage of their secure parking at an extra cost - -but in Obernai, at this time of the year, well worth it. However be aware that the underground garage was a tight squeeze even for a Mazda 3.

A little detraction from an otherwise excellent hotel was the low water pressure in the shower. (room 104). Hardly enough to rinse off the soap. The staff took on my comments and by now I would expect some improvement.

The manager and the front desk staff were amazing, they helped with anything we needed. They did have a good sized gym downstairs ( which they said they are working on putting wifi in). The location COULD NOT BE BEAT ! Absolutely amazing view of the christmas market happening below. We stayed in the Balcony room, which in the photos of course looked a little bigger, but we still had plenty of space. the high ceilings made the room feel huge. We enjoyed the treats and water left in the room for our arrival. The front desk staff helped us with some dinner recommendations. Appreciated soya milk options and decaf coffee at breakfast. the staff even set us up with some wine, plates and place to eat our Christmas market soup and sausages we bought ( after forgetting to make reservations else where). they even had a dog bowl and treats for our pup . they had a toothbrush available for my husband who forgot his and we were able to borrow an adaptor from the front desk for my MIL. Overall loved it. Would def return especially during the Christmas season.

Limited parking close by, but you cannot beat the location so a short walk from the free parking lot down the block wasn't bad. Price was a bit high, but the service and the location are worth it. Plus it was a Christmas market weekend so i understand the price.

The location is fantastic, right on the main square of the town. The service by all the staff was superb, they couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel has been renovated to a very high standard.

If I was being very picky, the space in the room was a bit restricted around the bed, but overall the room was superb.
