Great location in a residential area, cozy bakeries and cafes near by which I went to every morning. Also, property is right next to grocery stores and pharmacies if you need anything. 8 min walk to metro line for those looking to do some sightseeing or any touristy attractions. Would absolutely stay here again. If you’re looking to be close to the attractions but not dealing with stores filled with tourist this is the location for you. Charlotte was very easy to communicate with and a great host.

Oh my goodness, this was a splendid apartment. fantastic location, lovely décor, and Charlotte was a wonderful host. We were 6 minutes from the Metro. The apartment was comfy, the beds comfortable and just all around lovely. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to friends. Charlotte was so accommodating to allow us to keep our luggage a little longer to explore on our check day as our flight did not leave until the evening.

Nothing! The door was a little hard to lock! But that is so minor. Otherwise perfect!

The apartment had everything we needed for a 4-night stay. It’s in a safe residential neighborhood and spacious for a Paris apartment. It has its own entrance in a gated area and is quiet at night. Charlotte was very welcoming and communicative and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

the bathroom doesn’t have any windows and no ventilation so it stays pretty moist and steamy after one shower, but other than that the apartment was great!

The size, the amenities, and especially the location of the apartment which made it easy to get around. Walking distance to eateries, bakeries, markets and especially the metro.

There is nothing about this apartment that I nor the two ladies that I was traveling with did not like.

The location is great, close to metro and groceries. And it's in a very safe area. The apartment is suitable for a family of four. The host Charlotte is very nice and helpful. I recommend this property!

Not much, everything is great. Maybe a bit noisy from the traffic on the road outside but it didn't bother us much.

The flat is very clean, well equiped, tastefully decorated and perfectly located. 5 minutes away from the Metro Ligne 9. The owner is friendly, easy to reach and very helpfull. We had a great stay at this place.

Breakfast was very fresh and good...and on time. :) The location is outstanding for safety, commuting, walking, eating and/or the scenery. Unique in its atmosphere as the building is architecturally pleasing, and you are immersed in a garden patio in the middle of the 16th of Paris. Charlotte was the best host and very informative about Paris.

Nothing to complain about. This is a rarity.

A great apartment with everything you need in a lovely quiet peaceful location. It's privately run which we much prefer as the standards are higher

Really lived up to expectations. Charlotte was an excellent host, meeting us on arrival, giving us lots of useful infomration and being available if needed, though in fact we had everything we needed already. A delightful, peaceful location, easy to get around and all in all a very enjoyable stay.

Extremely quiet apartment on a lovely street. Close to metro. Great facilities. Host, Charlotte, was very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful.
