Staff on reception were very welcoming and friendly. They were also very helpful when we couldn't work out how to get the lights to turn on in our room. Room was spacious and tidy, with a kitchenette also. Hotel was located in a good part of Paris which felt lovely and safe and well connected to the main city - a metro station was located 2 minutes round the corner! Plenty of boulangeries, restaurants, and shops nearby.

Shower had a slight damp smell and marks on the ceiling, most likely from where previous people staying hadn't opened the windows to let out condensation after showering - however this wasn't a big issue.

Cleanliness, quite comfortable rooms, good beds, quiet place, helpful staff, microwave and kettle, breakfast, good location, close to subway, good shower, good A/C, elevator, fridge.

Missing power outlets near bed heads. Breakfast could end one hour later for less hectic after 1st night (long travel requires some rest). Water sink leaked occasionally. Electric stovetop did not work due to regulations. Safes required some maintenance to work.

Excellent location, a comfortable bed /although it was not a double bed but two twin beds together, which would be fine if the beds didn’t move and separate constantly. The hotel is located a minute's walk from the metro station, with a great connection to all famous attractions. Friendly staff. There is a safe in the room, and the young and helpful man from the reception desk helped us set the code for the first time. Tasty breakfast/ the coffee was too weak for us, so every morning, we grabbed espresso to go for 1.3e, at the vape shop just across the street from the hotel. Hardworking gentleman never missed to say good morning during the breakfast service, no matter how busy the dining room was. The room was clean, a bit dated, but very well maintained. The linen and towels were spotless, and the refrigerator worked well. Quick check out.

We arrived before 14, so I guess that was the reason the first room we got was not cleaned when we entered it. So, instead of waiting for the room to be cleaned, we were offered another room that was ready, and it was a mistake. The room was the same, but the window was facing another window and two walls/ photo attached/. Let's make it clear- we stayed in the room only at night to sleep, but it was so depressing to open the window in the morning and have no clue if it was morning or evening, and you cannot even guess the weather. I know they would give us another room if we requested, but we had no time to waste after the long trip- we just wanted to take a shower and run outside and enjoy the beautiful city.

Very helpful personnel especialy Victor the receptionist. Everyday room was cleaned. Price equal quality.

For me very bad was situation during breakfast was a fact that juice has ended in juice machine, when I asked to fill it up by a girl who was the kitchen service, she claimed that no juice left any more and she can`t fill it up,unfortunately my small daughter had nothing to drink...it was very sad.

Hotel 121 Paris surpassed my expectations with its outstanding service, clean rooms, and convenient location. The staff's friendliness made for a pleasant stay, and the on-site amenities added to the overall comfort. I would gladly return to this hotel and recommend it to others seeking a delightful experience in Paris

The locality is nice, with a metro near the hotel. The room was clean and had a closet and fridge, which was nice for its price. The receptionist was very kind, and everybody was helpful. There are many food options around the hotel. I would come again.

When people came at night to the room beside us and they were talking loudly, we could really hear them in our room. But I think that happens a lot in hotels.

Clean and nice room Comfy bed and so close to metro station, which was the best thing after a long day of walking around! Nice friendly staff and check-in and out were easy and efficient

Pillows were not comfy Joining rooms(ours had a joining door - you could hear a lot from the next room) The room wasn't huge but was big enough for two people

The hotel is within walking to Montemarte. Also the Brochant metro is a few minutes walk on line 13. There are lots of cafe's and small restaurants in the area. The staff at reception speak good English and are very helpful.

The room had a stove top and sink, but no cups etc, cooking utensils nor kettle. Small room for 3 single beds.

Perfect location, lots of amazing restaurant choices for food and drinks. Very close to the metro.

Overall a good hotel, nice sized room with air con, not far from a metro stop. Plenty of bars/cafes/bistros nearby. Good breakfast to get you going!

TV was small (we were trying to watch the Olympics!) a minor problem because we normally wouldn’t watch TV on holiday!
