Hotel is located close to Place Clchy (10min walk). Metrostation at PL.Clichy has direct transferts to several popular locations. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpfull. Just arround the corner (Avenue Clichy), you have bakeries, butchers, fast food restaurants, supermarket. Also visit the bar at the other side of Viator. The owners are from Venezuela and they serve the best coffee of Paris

Important: Only during the Olympic Games: you can't take BUS 54 direction Gare du Nord, at the busstop near the hotel. Due to traffic problems, you have to take metro M2 at Place Clichy and exit La Chapelle

The staff was very friendly When we ask for extra pillows they gave it without a problem. It’s a good value for your money

We were on the first level and as we had no air conditioning we opened the windows and just had a normal conversation. After few minutes we had a complain from upstairs that we are to loud. The room had a tv but only 5 Chanel were working. I was not able to watch French news!

You get what you pay for. If you need a basic room while you’re in Paris and plan to be out all day then this is it. Not fancy, but clean and cheap. Close to the train and decent neighborhood. I saw it and new what I was getting. I had a trip before and after so I went moderate in Paris and it was decent for what I paid.

Had no amenities, coffee, and hardly any staff. Again I knew what I was getting.

The room was very clean, with all the necessary facilities. The bed was very comfortable and towels were changed daily. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The hotel is very close to both the metro and the bus station and has good connections with the most important tourist attractions.

The walls are thin, so depending on your neighbours you could have a sleepless night. There is no elevator and the stairs are quite narrow and winding. There are only two showers in the hotel, but it was more than enough even in summer. Most rooms are positioned in a way that allows you to look into other rooms (balcony doors face each other).

Since I booked the accomodation last minute, it was an affordable place with private room. I was skeptical about the review but I felt positive about my stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is very central, near Montmattre. The staff was also very nice and they let me leave my luggage before and after my stay. It is true that there was not a lot facilities in the room, but since I only need a place to sleep, this is sufficient. There were also many restaurants around so you'll never run out of options.

The wall is thin so you can hear noise from other rooms, and there's no air conditioner. At least for me, I kept the window open and it was not too hot during the summer night.

The rooms was cleaned and bed was really comfortable. In this price i will recommend everyone, it is close to metro just 6-7 minute to walk, the street is good and nice everywhere is restaurans, bars, pharmacy, market, and so on.

They have not elevator its bet uncomfortable but there is 3 floor and its okay, the staf will help you if you have big luggage, private bathroom was very little, and if you are big its imposible to take shower, it was little uncomfortable for me, but they have share bathroom which is normally and you can go there.

Cheap hotel in a good location in Paris. Nothing fancy but clean and the staff is friendly. For the price, you cannot go wrong. I have stayed here multiple times, I cannot figure out why it has been rated poorly. It is great for the price and all I can assume is people have ridiculous expectations when it comes to budget accommodation.

I don't think you can expect more for the price in Paris.

Space in the room was quite enough for 1, quite clean and comfortable, simple but quite good for the type of stay I was looking for and expecting, people there were very kind, check distance from your points of interest but metros and buses are around the corner which was quite convenient.

Welcomed pleasantly and accommodation was ready upon arrival. Pleasant gentleman carried bags to 3rd floor. We appreciate that. The desk agent printed a document for me. We got reliable information about safety on the metro.

Wifi was spotty. The attendant a check out was NOT AS PLEASANT when I asked foe assistance lifting bags down the stairs. I did the heaviest one myself.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and airy room, very convenient for public transport, safe area. All round good value for money.

Shared shower and WC but this is reflected in the price. It is a pity there isn't an elevator. Also I wish the hotel would provide toothmugs with the washbasins in the rooms. This is standard even in bottom of the range 1 star hotels. But these are minor glitches - all round the Hotel provides a good experience and good value.
