I liked the location, most of the staff, and the fact that all our basic needs were met.

I was frustrated that I could not correct the number of nights booked when I immediately discovered I had made an error. The management only told me that they couldn't change it with booking.com but did not tell me to contact them. I honestly thought that I would be compensated in some way for this problem, but I wasn't. The major reason that I liked booking.dot com was that they used to be helpful and flexible but this is apparently no longer true.

The stay was great. We booked two rooms for two couples. The rooms are comfortable and clean—yes, they are small, but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were cleaned every day. We also paid for breakfast, which was fresh and good. We were very satisfied with it. I saw some reviews mentioning that it is limited, and maybe for some, it might seem that way, but you have fresh baguette, a coffee machine, fresh juice, milk, cereal, very good croissants, cheese, butter, yogurt, fruits, etc. It is more than enough to start your day. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. For a trip where you plan to be out all day exploring the city and then return to sleep, shower, rest, and have breakfast, this is an ideal choice. Also, it's very close to the Eiffel Tower, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this stay!

The only downside that comes to mind is that the soundproofing is not the best. If you have noisy neighbors, it might be bothersome - we could hear the TV from the next room. Other than that, we had a very quiet and pleasant stay.

We had a lovely time at Au Pacific Hotel, for 2 nights it was perfect for a us as a couple. It is great walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and has the most amazing patisserie down the street. The room was small but we expected that as a standard room, and the bathroom was a great size and had everything we needed. Clean rooms. Lovely staff would definitely stay again!

At first we were worried about leaving our key at the reception everytime we left our rooms to go out in the city. But can ensure that it is a 24 hour reception and there is always someone there who can give you your key. One night we got back at 3am and it was safe and easy process!

The staff and the owners and everyone you met were just so helpful . The location was really good - near the tourist spots - yet tucked away a little bit too. We loved the locality - and seeing some of French day to day life : school, church, shops. Loved it The team was fantastic and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others .. the personal touch of staying in a hotel owned by a family for generations was just amazing.

Maybe a small suggestion - one or two English channels on tv , just to reconnect with the news at night time even .

We enjoyed the quaintness of this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the rooms well and frequently if you leave the sign for them to clean. We had a window that opened so we liked having the fresh air. There isn’t air-conditioning, which is how it is in most European hotels that are small. My daughter and I enjoyed walking around this neighborhood and felt safe. There are laundromats on a lot of streets nearby. We wanted to use one of them, but we never had a chance because we were busy. But it’s good to know for the future. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower in about 15 mins on a late summer evening to see the Eiffel Tower light up. We walked to the grocery stores to get water, to restaurants and the Metro subway is pretty close. The street is mostly quiet because it is a smaller street.

The A/C because it was very hot a couple of the days but I understand that these older hotels that are smaller do not have an A/C. We still enjoyed having the window and just wore very light clothes those couple of nights.

The property was small enough to not got lost but big enough to not constantly crossing with other guest or too busy to be able to relax. It was super clean and the perfect size for me and my daughter.

I think the only thing I can criticise is the height of the shower, I’m 6ft and the shower only came to my shoulders. It couldn’t go any higher even if I held it!

The property and more importantly the room was clean, comfortable beds, it provided enough space for four adults. Very convenient location, close to train station, restaurants, shops, and some key attractions. It provides light breakfast (cereal, yogurt, and bread); not a lot of variety more like a quick snack. Very friendly staff!

The location. Close to Tou Eiffel, caffes, restaurants, bloulangeries, etc. Big clean room.

We had a booking reservation for 2 rooms, for 4 adults. At the reception they saw we have also 3 kids with us. (4-8 y old). They said that the rooms are for two persons and that we are seven persons. The manager came and explained that for safety reasons they can’t allow us to stay 2 adults and a 6 y old kid in a room for two persons. They gave us as only solution to take a third room. We didn’t have a choice. In the end we shared and paid three rooms. Two of them could perfectly accomodate 2 adults and one/two kids. Our room, for example had a big double bad and two suplimentary beds. We thought it was pretty unfair to pai for a third room.

Quirky little hotel but super cool. We had a connecting room as a family of 4. It was small but very comfortable and very quiet. Staff were friendly and had our room ready an 1.5 hours before check in. The location was amazing, close to Eiffel Tower and transport links to other attractions but not too touristy. Lots of amazing places to eat nearby as well. Great for a short stay in Paris!

Nothing to dislike about this place, highly recommend.

Terrific location, lovely staff and plentiful breakfast. We were offered space in the fridge for our gluten free bread. Great to have water on tap to fill water bottles when the weather is warm. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Paris. Short walk to the train, markets, bakeries and many bistros.

A fridge in the room would be good but not a deal breaker. No AC but we had a fan so not really an issue while we stayed.
