Location and Excellent staff , access to Metro and Eiffel tower, river cruise was superb. We kept the luggage for 3-4 hours in luggage room without any charge, much appreciated. Excellent and helping staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

no Air conditioning in room(not sure if it was extra facility by paying but I did not check though). It was hot inside though it was raining outside. If AC facility available please opt for this if anybody staying more than 2 nights in summer. I went in September 2nd week. But it was ok for us as it was 2 night stay and we used to be outside to explore the places most of the time.

Overall nice. We used it as a 2 night stop for a longer journey. We stayed in rooms 47 and 49 Morning buffet was good, way cheaper than the neighboring restaurants. Good beds, good wifi, decent undergound parking. Had nice working TVs, maybe 42'' Maybe 8 minutes walking from the eiffel tower. About 5 minutes away from the bus station.

There's only 1 parking key so you need to go back and forth to the reception to get it, park the car, go back to leave the key. The showers were a bit small. Fat people will 100% have trouble entering and using it

The first room we stayed in was up 2 short flights of stairs, It was nice kinda old fashioned but that's what made it neat to stay in, and it had it's own private balcony which was really awesome. My only concern was the chair at the desk was kind of rickety and I thought it might break on me if I continued to sit in it.

I didn't like that I was not informed that the breakfast was not included with the room, The breakfast was OK until I tried the eggs, they had an off taste that wasn't good.

Great location in terms of access from Eiffel Tower and also convenient public transport connectivity. The reception was very nice and the person knows English fluently. Lots of options for food are available at a very short distance of within 500 metres from the hotel.

Nothing as such. I expected complimentary breakfast, but that’s not an issue as many food joints are located in the vicinity.

I was able to check in early with no problems. Room 8 was so quiet being in the centre of Paris, tiny room and bathroom, but for me by myself it was perfect. Clean with plenty of toiletries and towels, a very comfortable bed. Tea and coffee facility in the room and also in the lounge with biscuits which was a very nice touch.

Excellent, Location close to many important points

Some things need some simple revisions for reasons of natural degradation by time. Like the floor on the fourth floor when leaving the elevator. And details in the toilet. But these questions do not take away from this place the beauty of its location and the comfort provided. Ps: leave more teas, they are great ;)

The room is very cozy and clean. Me and my friend find it very comfortable while we are stayinh for two nights. The staff make sure that our room is clean while we are outside enjoying the beauty of Paris. Most importantly, the hotel has a baggage room for you to leave in safe so you can enjoy strolling around the tourist attraction while it is not time for your check in.

Room was fine for the price. The showers were a bit small and the carpets and curtains don't look too clean but the bed was clean and comfy enough to sleep on. Good for sleeping.

The neighborhood was fine as well it just so happened we were traveling during the riots so there was a bit of uneasiness everywhere but that was outside of the hotel's control.

Good location, its near to the station.. And they provide free croissants and beverages. The room though doesnt provide free water but when all the shops were closed and i couldnt buy any water. The staff gave me free bottled water. Kind of him. The location is perfect very near to Eiffel tower. The only issue is not much toiletries and my room was pretty small but still a good stay for me overall.

The lift was too small and no free water.

I love the receptionist they are so helpful and very accommodating ..the hotel location is extremely near all the tourist attraction specially eiffel tower the only worst thing is that our neighbor keep knocking on our door telling us he's going to sleep and would switch off our TV he'll our TV only had a whisper sound and he keep disturbing us two times
