Location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. We got lucky getting a room on 1 st floor so only had to walk up one flight of stairs. Room was small but clean. Small balcony but happy to have been able to open the window and get some air. Room also had air conditioning which was needed on somen hot days. Bathroom seemed new, clean and very efficient. Front desk arranged car service to airport. Great service. Beautiful car with soothing music. Great experience. Highly recommend. Great places to eat nearby. Loved Paris!

Would have liked to be able to iron our own clothes but is available for extra fee at hotel.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel located near Paris Champs-Élysées. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the attentive staff. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to the iconic Champs-Élysées avenue and its bustling atmosphere. The hotel's amenities were great, and the rooms were both comfortable and elegantly designed. Whether I was exploring the city or unwinding at the hotel, I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable and convenient Parisian experience.

After arrival at Paris airport, driver no show, we called his business, he said, he received a E-mail, staying to pick us up on 8/9/22; we said Wrong, we was suppose to be there on the 8th of Aug., he was insulting to my wife on the Phone and also insulting to me, I said pick us up now, or send someone, he said no!!! I had to get another cab, they are, Scammer, I want a refund!!!! Do not uses them again Luxurious Car Transfer, Paris France. Hotel Balmoral is a lovely hotel on a quiet street near the Charles de Gaulle Etoile Metro station for easy access to Paris. Our deluxe suite with balcony and a street view was spacious and wonderful, and the air conditioning was great. Our daughter's family of 4 enjoyed the deluxe family room with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Mini muffins were available in the lobby during the day.

The service at this small but perfectly formed hotel couldn’t be better - and the rooms are well thought out and comfortable. It’s a stone’s throw from the Arc de Triomphe and the Charles de Gaulle Étoile metro, with a couple of excellent restaurants right nearby. I was there during one of the big strikes so transport was limited but the staff were so helpful in finding taxis for me even when they were in high demand. Perfect for a business or tourist trip.

Everything was just what we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The elevator was small but thank goodness there was one as well were on 5th floor. Our suite was spacious with lovely views. Cannot speak highly enough of Balmoral Hotel. Its now my hotel for Paris. 2 mins from Metro with lines 1 and 6 going to most tourist destinations. 3 minutes walk from L’arc de Triomphe and Champs Eleysé too. Buffet breakfast was more than enough to set you up for the day’s sightseeing. love this place 💜

Small lift and no bar but didn’t affect our stay in the slightest

Loved the location and proximity to famous landmarks and the metro station. I can’t say enough about the staff and how welcoming and courteous they were. From the moment we arrived until the minute we checked out everyone treated us so kindly. Christian, Claire and the entire team were amazing. You guys truly made our trip that much more special. We hope to be back to Paris sometime in the future, and if we do we’ll be sure to stay at the Hotel Balmoral.

The breakfast was wonderful; the staff were great too.

Sometimes people did business talking loudly on cellphones and zooming on laptops for 3-4 hours in the lobby area including breakfast room which really changed the atmosphere during that time. Fortunately, it did not happen every day. Otherwise, the hotel felt so peaceful and uplifting.

The hotel is strategically located in the vicinity of the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysee Avenue. It is very close to the CDG Etoile metro station and numerous restaurants and shops. The staff was very caring and polite, both the front desk and the waiters. Our room (suite) was spacious, clean, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very nice, although it lacked fresh fruit. Overall, we had a very nice and enjoyable stay!

The elevator was quite small and slow, although this is common in old hotel buildings in Paris. The bathroom had some minor issues (toilet, shower) and probably needs better maintenance.

This hotel is amazing, very clean and welcoming. It has a great location right next to the infamous champs elysées street. The staff are really kind, helpful and generous. We highly recommentd it, but we suggest taking the bigger room since the regular rooms are tight (this is the case for all the hotels in paris) P. S. The coffee is free :)
