The building is quite old, but charming it has its uniqueness. The bed was comfortable, and we liked the balcony tiny but still gave enough space to sit out and have your morning coffee (too bad it was winter when we went. Summer would have been good). Very close to everything, close to the shops, metro, food places. All in all, it's a good place to do a short stay.

Unfortunately, being so old and small space, you can't fit a fridge or kettle to make coffee. In saying that, the hotel does offer a buffet breakfast For 8 euro per person. Or coffee for 2 euro, which is cheaper than buying outside.

Then before leaving that day we asked him gently if we can go to the toilets at the reception... He was not welcoming at all about this! It was very embarrassing! I think they should pay attention about such reactions from the reception!

The location is perfect! Great metro train connections. The staff is superb. Especially Mehmet Ali Ayan and Edmond. They made my stay super comforting and accommodated my request for an earlier breakfast pre Marathon (Paris Marathon on Sunday - April 7th). I am so grateful for their hospitality and graciousness. They attended all guests with so much respect and care. This hotel is 2 stars but the customer service is 5 stars. Great value for money. My room was for one person but it was quite spacious. Clean sheets, extra pillows. Comfortable mattress. Highly recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced room in the heart of Paris. Big thank you to Mehmet Ali! He made my stay super special. He is a star!

Cannot fault anything. Great value for money.

Very central location (very central, nice restaurants, close to subway and RER). I booked this hotel quite early for the Paris Olympics at a decent room rate. Based on my experiences with greedy hotels at previous Olympics I was afraid that my booking would be cancelled. I am very grateful to staff and management that it was not cancelled and so I had a wonderful stay in Paris.

It was really perfect for me.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Sarah, the receptionist when we arrived was very helpful throughout our stay at the hotel. She helped with all of our questions on transportation and places to visit and restaurants. We are very thankful for her help.

We needed just a bit more room for our luggage.

At this hotel, there are two things that are just exceptional - location because it’s just a minute away from the arc the triomphe; and duvet, which was so comfortable and cosy that we had trouble getting out of bed in the mornings. The room was quite small, but newly renovated and perfect for our short trip.

The shower could be a bit bigger:)

The room was newly renovated and very clean. We loved the soft mattress after long days touring around Paris. We got new toiletries every day and fresh towels/bed sheets every second day. All the staff was very helpful and speaking english.

The room wasn't very spacious but still fitted everything and was cozy.

It had a great location, with good access to local streets. The room was small but had everything you needed and access to a balcony. This place is not a luxury hotel but that is reflected in the price resulting in a great value place to stay while exploring paris. Would come back again.

The only bad thing about the hotel was there was no AC in the room, there was however a fan and balcony doors which was great!

Perfect location near metro station Arc de Triumph. Very competitive price comparing to ~4 stars hotels nearby. Very polite and friendly personnel. Great patisserie Maison Hardel at about 200 m for breakfast (didn't try the one in the hotel, might be good), nice $$ restaurant Le Vin Coeur for supper even nearer.

A night lamp was broken; the hot water was not stable.

Location was great, near metro station. Room was little bit small, but enough for 2 person. Staff was hospitable and room always clean. On the first day of arrival, hotel block 80 euro and refund in about 7-8 hours after check out.
