Location was excellent, 2 mins walk from the metro station, in roughly 30 mins with 1 line change you could be anywhere. No particular view to discuss on the 3rd floor, if we were 4th or higher it would be better i guess.

Bathtub seems that was not a very stable construction, Squeaks while going in/out, things was trembling a little bit as well.

The false advertisement. Very disappointed after a 7 hour flight at check in. You cannot see the tower from the hotel, at all. They claimed that they never stated you could, even though it's in pictures. It's about 2 blocks away to see it, and it's still a few miles from there to actually experience it. It is in a nice quiet part of town though. hotel and room were extremely small. No more than one person can fit in the lift, the room was so tight I really don't recommend more than one person for a stay over one night. The bar lounge is also very very small, maybe 5 people max

You could not get any closer to the Eiffel Tower than this hotel and just down the road was a great viewing area just 2 minutes from the hotel where we could watch the lights at night. Ideal for the Metro and for getting about. The staff in the hotel were lovely, very helpful and friendly, the hotel feels like a small Family run place with just a small number of people needed to run it, it was very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was in the basement dining room and prepared by one Man who we got on really well with, he could not have done enough for us. He was in on the Friday and Saturday and a new chap took over on Sunday. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was excellent and Continental style. The ground floor has the small reception and bar & lounge area, never busy, very comfortable and peaceful and also private. Our room was on the fourth floor and we had a good view of the top half to the Eiffel Tower which pleased the Grandkids. All the facilities you needed in both rooms were available and a very comfortable double bed for us and twin beds in the other room. It was always a pleasure to get back to the hotel and relax and prepare for the next day. The river Seine and the Tower are about a 10 minute walk away so perfect location. I believe I mentioned the nearby Metro system which is very good. Finally, the receptionists all appear to speak various languages and were very helpful indeed. We loved our 3 night stay and was worth every penny. Go visit, you'll love it.

The price but, it is central Paris after all and we had a Family room which was two separate rooms, both with own bathrooms and facilities.

Location location- brilliant- accessible to so many great areas and to transport. Staff fantastic- friendly and went over and above to make the stay an enjoyable one. Absolutely love it!

Booking the taxi to leave through Booking.com- a disaster. It was late and when it arrived it was not the executive vehicle to take 4 people which I had paid for but was a small car not in good condition which meant that I had to get another taxi as well and the whole thing cost an exceptional amount of money. At least the staff at Trocadeiro were able to secure another taxi- will not use booking.cm for that again!To add insult to injury we came close to missing our train- that experience certainly meant that our last day in Paris was exceptionally stressful and totally spoiled!

Very cute little boutique hotel, great location right by the trocadero with a 30 second walk to see the best view of the Eiffel Tower in the city. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. They were very helpful with booking taxis and giving advice as first time visitors to Paris.

Our room was right above the reception so it was quite noisy, lots of cars outside until late. Also unless you’re on the very top floor you won’t see the Eiffel Tower from your room.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much bother. The location is perfect for the views of the Eifel Tower and the metro was just a 3 minute walk. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that but the lounge area was quiet and welcoming.

Only two milks were left for the coffee and once we used that nothing was left for the following morning. The robe was hanging up in the bathroom but it had a stain on the inside of it so I don't think it had been washed or changed from the previous occupants. There was a strange humming sound in the room but we didn't complain as I don't think anything could be done. We didn't complain about the milk and coffee or the robes either as the staff were so pleasant in every other area. I think it is just the cleaning side that could be improved

The location is fantastic. Our top floor room #60 (6th floor) had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. We layed in bed at night watching it light up every hour. Cabs were available in a few minutes. The metro is a 2 min walk. Cafes are restaurants are a 5 minute walk. The Eiffel Tower is a 10 minute walk. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and always happy and accommodating. Everything was very clean, including the common area bathroom.

The toilet is in its own room - separate from the washroom so you need to use the toilet and go to a different room to wash up. This may be typical in Europe, but a little weird for us. The washroom is quite small - again, likely typical for Europe. The shower wall leans into the shower so there isn't much space to move around in the shower or dry off. The curtains do not block out much morning light because again the walls are leaning in and the curtains hang down straight. All of these things were relatively minor for us and we overall loved our stay and would stay here again.
