The staff could not have been more kind, thoughtful and efficient. The the hotel knew we were having breakfast in the dining room they provided the most delicious gluten free bread and they always prepared something I could eat. The room was well-appointed and the garden view was a bonus. The neighborhood was lovely and proximity to the Metro was great. Also the local grocery on the same street as the hotel was one of the best little groceries in Paris for finding foods we liked.

There was really nothing we didn't like. The 16th arr. is a bit far from some of the museums we love to visit in Paris and the lively night-life, but it is lovely, has a real neighborhood feel, so it was very nice for us to experience a more refined area of the city.

Location was superb - right between Eiffel and Champs du Eylsees. Very convenient to get all the attractions with the bonus of incredible cafes, patisseries, bars and a supermarket within a new metres walk!

The taxi drive back to the airport was a little hairy - taxi driver drove way to fast and seemed very erratic!

location was great, nearby groceries, comfortable beds, the night we arrived the hotel reception employee was fantastic! They had umbrellas to use.

AC had to be asked for several times. The bartender was sent to turn on AC but the AC was controlled by the front desk. had to sleep with windows open. no screens. The Wi-Fi internet was the worst, the connections bad, hard to book anything or check mail while in the hotel. The fridge wasn’t cold enough. we got food poisoning from a sandwich.

The hotel is set back from the road some I would think all rooms are pretty quite. the rooms were well maintained and clean. What to us was a real surprise was the underrated area round the hotel. the surrounding area were full of eateries ( no doubt because of the Trocadero area and the Tower) but the Victor Hugo area was also most surprising with a wide variety of shops! the Arrondissement is a real suprising gem.

nothing much really. But we got the junior suite for a great price!! the location is not in the usual tourist heart of Paris but was most comfortable.

The location was perfect. Easy walk to Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe and very close to Boissiere metro station. Good choice of restaurants nearby and handy Carrefour a couple of doors down. Hotel was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the peaceful garden as a spot to relax with an orangina after a busy day!

Smallish hotel in a Quiet side street. All staff very helpful and pleasant. Very Good breakfast. Hotel and room very tastefully furnished and comfortable. In a good position for Eiffel Tower and river and plenty of eating places nearby.

Thought the garden would have been bigger. Only a small courtyard but that’s to be expected i suppose in City. Supply of tea a milk etc in the room a bit thin but no problem when requested more.

Hotel lobby/entrance/reception was decorated very lovely and modern. We got upgraded for free to a superior room which was nice, the bathroom was good and had the necessary features. The hallways to the rooms were very narrow that you would have to shuffle to let the other person but as it is in the centre of the paris I guess it is expected. There is definitely noise heard from the exterior of the building quite clearly from the cars/people talking etc near proximity to the hotel but I guess again due to its location it is expected too maybe. Beds were comfortable and good pillows, not too high or soft and not too squishy.

everyone was very nice and approachable, from the clerk at the front desk to the cleaning ladies, bartender, waitresses, .... Breakfast was very nicely setup and healthy, with a lot of choices to choose from. Rooms are quiet. The location is excellent with closeby metro and buses, lots of shops, restaurants, and shopping center, pharmacy, walking distance to the Trocadero, and access to anywhere in Paris.

the gym room is a bit obsolete but seldom used given all the exciting things to do in Paris...but on rainy days, it would be nice to make it more up to date.

Perfect level of comfort in relation to thereafter accessing "everything" by foot. Fit for purpose varied breakfast served by sweet service minded staff. Homely feel, attentive yet unobtrusive staff.

Nothing to note. Our expectations were met and exceeded. If I must dig, then a robe and an extra pillow would qualify this hotel to 5 stars.

location… perfect & quite at night hotel size … just manageable , with fare number of guest staff… All are absolutely friendly and inviting breakfast… perfectly right to start your day rooms… slightly small but acceptable reception area … spacious air conditioning in the rooms… excellent

big rooms… big rooms are few , not many parking.. available but hardly good for 6 cars hotel restaurant… not available lift…one elevator only for entire guests no iron or iron board … but maybe on call
