The hotel location is great as it is at walking distance to some of the key landmarks and attractions and metro stations where you can easily get to your destination. But the highlight is the staff, as their service was simply amazing, especially from Lillian, she was something else! And the breakfast was really good, with different protein and side dish options every day. We will certainly stay there again when we go back to Paris!

The rooms can do better with noise proofing because we could hear everything from the neighbors and the cleaning crew every morning

The staff and location are the main reason to stay here. You will be well taken care of in a clean and safe hotel. Staff is quick to help. Patient and kind. Reception with a smile, helpful suggestions and someone is always available to help, no matter how busy they are. Any concern or questions were addressed immediately with respect and patience. great location! walked everywhere! cafes in St Germain are wonderful and safely walkable. Never felt unsafe at any point in the area. The staff was always helpful & kind. my room had a lovely view & I was able to open the windows for fresh air. lobby was great for relaxing and meeting up with friends and having a morning coffee. Beautiful breakfast available for $30-ish. Super nice brekky!

the coffee / tea station in the lobby was inconsistent. Either there were no pods for the coffee machine, or there was no machine at all… or there was no tea or cups. The coffee and water machines in the lower (basement) breakfast area are wonderful offering cappuccino, espresso, etc., and water options including cold sparking water. However you have to rustle up a cup and spoon & you need to make sure they are not charging you for breakfast, which looked wonderful and thorough and super fresh! I’m just not a breakfast eater, but do like my morning Joe. Some issues with electricity going out but staff were attentive and kindly offered breakfast :)

Excellent location, very helpful staff. Good sized room for central Paris and very clean.

The spa is interesting! Went with a friend who was also staying in the hotel. The steam room was incredibly hot and the whole place was quite dark and dingy. We were encouraged to lock the door from the inside but I’m not sure that this would have been a good idea in the event of an emergency. It was free to use but I wouldn’t choose the hotel just because it offers a spa. Still really enjoyed our stay.

I asked for a first floor room and I got a half floor room. It was lovely. The hotel is in my favorite place to stay in Paris. It seems safe even late at night. The night desk manager was so helpful, polite, and spoke English very well. The breakfast was expensive but very good. They even had protein choices which seem to be unusual for France hotels. They had quality bedding and terrific AC and the bathroom was immaculate. They were generous with the towels, again unusual in France.

The room's designer had a weird fixation with stairs everywhere. The designer seemed to think all people had tiny feet. The steps were very short and dangerous to people with normal size feet. They did have a handrail in the most dangerous set of steps down to a sitting area. Thing 2... Get a coffee machine that works consistently for those of us who need a couple of cups before we face the day

great location and room

I was charged 180 euros when I checked out. they said it was because of an upgrade in room; but there was no upgrade in room. all they did was simply separate the beds in the same room I already paid for. it was a complete nonsense charge that really left a sour taste in my mouth when I left.

The location was ideal and a lovely part of Paris, we felt safe as we were 2 females and a child. The room was comfortable and we requested a kettle which they supplied with tea making facilities and biscuits too. The staff were amazing and really accomodating. We asked for a late check out and even though the room was being used that evening they said we could check out at 1.30pm, when we were late back due to traffic they did not get upset with us even though they had asked me to make sure it was no later than 1.30pm. Lovely hotel just wished we stayed longer than the 3 nights.

The room did not have enough table space so most of our belongings stayed in the case. The hangers in the wardrobe were not very good as when you took them off to put clothes on it was hard to hook them back on the runner.

Location was fantastic. Rooms were very clean and well-organized. The front-desk staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

The rooms were small (by American standards) but that is normal in this part of Paris. Our first room was above a lycée, which was a bit noisy, but the front desk moved us to a quieter room as soon as we made the request.

Entrance, reception area and breakfast areas really nicely decorated, staff always very helpful and friendly.

bedrooms feel a little dated, although I felt work was underway to redecorate them whilst we were staying. Comfortable, slept great, just could do with bedrooms matching the feel of other hotel areas.

Location, cleanliness, amenities

My only complaint was having to do with paying for breakfast. When I checked in, the woman at the desk listed everything that was available to me based on my room rate. She just forgot to mention that breakfast would be an additional charge (20 euros). Maybe I should have known. The other things she mentioned, the afternoon refreshments and the spa use WAS free, but she mentioned them all together, and then very specifically said no charge (in French). I don’t feel she specifically intended to deceive, but since I was paying for my family too, it left a bit of a dent in my budget.
