Receptionists, great bed, coffee and tea in room

No option for breakfast, but it will be included in future, problem with septic, water remained in bath and when somebody used shower, it was noisy

Excellent location; right on the RER line and easy to get everywhere (even for walking, due to being in Zone 1). Hotel is cute and clean. lovely staff.

The room does get a bit hot during summer. They do have a fan in the room.

Central location close to train station for airport and metro stations to explore the city. Clean room, perfect for a weekend stay

It's minimal but has almost everything one needs - a bathroom, a wardrobe (includes hangers which is highly appreciated), a few wall hooks here and there, a kettle, a table, and a chair. Also my room included a nice balcony, which felt like a really nice bonus I didn't realize about before booking. Staff spoke english, the room was clean. I didn't book the breakfast so can't comment on that. Location is extra good in case you are coming on RER train from the CDG airport - the stop is literally just around the corner. The hotel has a lift / elevator (a very small one) but one doesn't need to carry their luggage by the stairs, as sometimes happens in european oldtowns. There is a gorgeous park a few steps away from the hotel, and tons of cafes, foodstores, pharmacies, etc in the area. This is not a totally central Paris, but very comfortable if you want to enjoy the central area and then rest in a quieter one.

The sockets are far from bed, so no chance to relax and scroll the phone, the tv is only in french, the doors and windowns are not soundproof (my room was near the lift so I heard people outside my door all the time, and the balcony / window door was not only not sound proof, but also not heat proof either, so the floor was pretty cold). I would not risk to stay in the room in the autumn, winter, or early spring.

I loved the location! It was great having Port Royale at the doorstep! The beautiful fountain and gardens down the road were a lovely spot for our "breakfast on the go". Very clean, modern hotel. And very quiet inside - I barely heard another guest!

I think I would have preferred a room higher up, only because we were so close to the street, and the hotel delivery service truck in the morning was VERY loud. I needed to keep the windows open at night during the very warm August days, as there is no air conditioning. This of course meant I was hearing everything being so close to the street. So a room on a higher floor would have been more beneficial for me and my small child.

Small basic hotel on a very good location. I recommend it for a short stay (3-4 days max). Train from the airport (RER B , 45min ride) literally stops in front of the hotel. Luxembourg gardens, Notre Dame and Saint Germain neighbourhood are in the walking distance. Rooms are basic, decent size with good comfortable beds. My room was looking the back of the building, so not much noise from the street. I have slept very well, to my surprise. The staff are very attentive, speak english. Breakfast was good, not too much choice but similar to the ones in hotels of this type.

Soundproffing of the rooms is poor. There are 5 rooms on one floor, and if they are full, you can hear everything and everyone (doors, elevator etc.) People who like quiet would be bothered.

Outside corridor was dark when I first checked in, I was unable to find light switch for it. It could have been dangerous in the dark.

Beautiful old hotel, small, clean, tidy. If you are used to travelling in Europe you will be used to small rooms that you use only to sleep as your day is to be spent outside. Perfect for me and my partner spending 3 days in Paris.

Noise. I had no issue but my partener did. It is next to an intersection, and a hospital so it is noisy at night if your not a deep sleeper. I would recommend some heavy curtains for the hotel to limit this issue.

Location is great, close to all the tourists attractions and 2 min from RER station, ideal to get to the airport. It is allowed to leave the luggage at the hotel after checking out if your flight is in the evening. The room is equipped with all necessary things.

Smell of tobacco in the room, I’m afraid many guests smoke in the rooms though it is prohibited. The size of the room is small, just to have rest after long day out.

The hotel was in the middle of the old town. Easy to get to you via bus or cab. Loads of restaurants, bars, clubs, tourist shops, everything your name they had it near the hotel. The room was perfect size and clean. Also had a mini fridge in there so you could buy your juices and store it. Balcony had blackout curtains and the shower had amazing water pressure. Honestly nothing bad to say about this property would definitely go back and stay again. Thank you for having me.
