Receptionists, great bed, coffee and tea in room

No option for breakfast, but it will be included in future, problem with septic, water remained in bath and when somebody used shower, it was noisy

The hotel staff was extremely kind and responded to all our requests. The location is amazing and very central, and also right on the train station so you can easily reach more distant quarters. The beds are very comfortable :) The cleanliness is at a high level, room service every day. Without a doubt we will choose this hotel on our next visits in Paris!

The noise insulation in the room is not very strong, so if you are light sleepers we recommend bringing earplugs. Don't worry, it's totally worth the hotel! In addition, there is no mini bar at rooms, so it is not possible to keep food refrigerated. However, there is a mini bar in the lobby and you can ask to keep some food in it.

The room very clean, the bed & pillow very comfortable but the shower room a bit small. The staff were very helpful & nice. The location was superb 1 min walk to metro & there have a lot of nice restaurant & cafes. One of our favorite is Chinese/Thai restaurant just 7-10min walk & the other one bakery shop name Artisan Boulanger Pattisier just 5 min walk & surprisingly the shop was award the best bakery shop in Paris for 2023, you should try this one definitely you will love it also try the cappuccino . Would definitely stay here again & highly recommend this others.

Great location! Very nice staff. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and so was the toilet. Towels and toiletries provided. Kettle provided and soluble coffee. Quiet inside the hotel. Overall, a good stay, specially for single travellers or couples. Reasonably priced considering Paris's prices and for what is provided.

Needs TLC (I believe this is being arranged as the hotel is soon to close for improvements). No AC (small fan provided, though). No phone signal despite being on the top floor near the window. Very busy location so very noisy outside (an ambulance or police sirens every 3 min - closing the window reduces it significantly but still audible although it's not the hotel's fault). No restaurant.

Excellent location; right on the RER line and easy to get everywhere (even for walking, due to being in Zone 1). Hotel is cute and clean. lovely staff.

The room does get a bit hot during summer. They do have a fan in the room.

Central location close to train station for airport and metro stations to explore the city. Clean room, perfect for a weekend stay

Shower not attached to wall so had to hold shower head.

Lovely and professional team , great location - easy access to tons of landmarks, also not in a super busy area . Also the view is lovely and it’s by the Luxembourg Gardens, amazing spot. Really clean throughout , very comfortable bed too.

Bathroom is really tiny but it’s not a criticism. I think the only real downside is that the street / crossroad it is situated by gets fairly heavy traffic at times , so you can hear that.

The property was lovely the staff were very friendly throughout the stay, the rooms were cleaned to an exceptional standard every morning and the hotel was quiet. They had water and snacks available throughout the day which was a lovely touch. The hotel was in a superb location right next to the train station going to all locations and was in walking distance if you enjoy walking to all the main monuments (45 mins) . I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough for someone who’s looking for an affordable stay in superb location.

The only complaint was the noise outside the hotel room it was loud at night but not unbearable nothing to the fault of the hotel.

The staff was amazing, everyone were so kind and helpful. They took care of us so well. I am very thankful. We even needed to change our room and they helped us right away. Breakfast was good, location is amazing!

This is not the hotel's fault but the roads are nearby and the surrounding is sometimes too noisy due to cars and ambulance sirens. Rooms are a little small for two, but I guess this is acceptable for Paris standards. I wish the rooms had slippers and a refrigerator.

I cant stress enough how amazing the staff are. So kind and helpful. One was so kind and friendly, telling stories of his life from his home country and in France. I was taking some pictures in the mirror and my hair was a mess from the rain (as shown in picture) and the other receptionist offered me a brush to look even better in my pics! The double room has a balcony looking over the street. Such a beautiful view (minus the noise of the traffic). Very close to subway
