We liked the room that fortunately we were moved to - if this move had not been made available, we would’ve forfeited the money we had paid and moved to another hotel. The staff who did listen to our distress were very understanding and helpful. The hotel was in a very good location with excellent restaurants nearby.

On our arrival we were dismayed to have been allocated a room which was so small it was claustrophobic and completely unsuitable, with one side of the bed against the wall and no space on the other side of the bed for one person to pass the other. It was as though one room had been divided into two. We complained and were upgraded to a ‘priviledge’ room. This was the type of room ALL visitors should be offered - not just following complaint. It saved our stay. It was comfortable and what we expected for the price we had paid. Please note that the first room, on the 6th floor was at best a solo room.

The selection in the buffet was good, but cutlery missing at the tables and not possible to find a clean plate or glas when you went for food

One half liter bottle of water in the fridge on arrival for 2 persons, simply not good enough in a city where you can't drink the tap water.... As minimum 2 new bottles should be supplied every day during cleaning! During cleaning a smelly cloth was forgotten on the chair and it made the whole room smell so bad of vinegar or similar

We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past. This time we found that the maintenance was very good and that the spirit and professionalism of the current operational manager increased the pleasure to enjoy this wonderful city that is Paris. Breakfast and Service - excellent All people at the hotel were very nice - not too common impression in Paris ! Location - one of the best

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located for metro stations. It was vey clean and the breakfast was good. There wasn’t any noise from other rooms to which was great.

Our room was very hot - despite it being January and the radiator being off. The staff told us that the air con is switched off at this time of year so I couldn’t use that either. There was a large window I could open but it was onto the main road so was noisy. I had a very bad night’s sleep that night. However the staff were very helpful and moved us to a different and cooler room and which was very comfortable.

First, I'd like to mention the excellent service & exceptional hotel staff that was very nice and willing to help with every need and question we had. As an example, after we left the hotel, at the Airport, I realized that I forgot my sunglasses in the room, a few hours after, I got an email from the hotel notifying me that they have found them and that they are willing to post them back to me - not trivial at all (!) Two days after, my sunglasses are on their way back to me.. :) The location is great, only a 3-minute walk from the metro station, and many restaurants & pubs in the area. The room & the facilities are well-maintained and very clean, our room was cleaned on a daily basis.

The room is quite modest in size, but this is the case with most of the rooms in the area...

Great location near 4 metro lines with lots of restaurants, cafes, and markets nearby. The hotel staff and cleanliness of the property were outstanding. The elevator was modern and had enough room for two people with luggage. This is not the case at a lot of hotels.

A VERY small room even for Paris. Almost no storage space for clothes. Not a tremendous big deal as we spent most of our time away from the hotel. It was still a pleasant stay nonetheless.

Clean and very friendly staff. Great location, could take public transport or just walk around and get to most spots within 30 mins. Plenty of options to eat and see in a safe less touristy area.

Only personal note was that the cleaning staff left our windows open. When we arrived back in the evening, there were some flies in the room.

Modern hotel with all necessary amenities. The AC was lovely as we were there during a heat wave. Location was nice and central but not too touristy!

Quite small and cramped, both the hallways and the rooms, but this wasn’t really a problem except for the lack of floor space with two big suitcases and limited space to hang or place clothes in a wardrobe.

Comfy bed, with a double matress instead of two singles pushed together. Proper pillows, instead of the square IKEA ones you see so often. Good shower facilities and air con was fine. I had no issues with the room.

Continental breakfast was quite limited for a gotel of this size, still it had the basics.

Good bed, room: dark and quiet. Small room=normal for Paris. Perfect for sleeping. Very good breakfast, a lot of choices. Excellent coffee and tea (palais des thes). Coffee and tea in the room.

Bathroomdoor very heavy, unpractical.
