Love the breakfast in this hotel. Though you have to be early so it doesn't get crowded. I like the size of the room, it's a good size for Paris. I also love the location, it's quite near Champs Elysses. Maybe a five-minute walk or less depends on how fast you walk.

Hmm, US President Biden was on an official visit to Paris during our stay so they closed all the main thoroughfares or at least the ones near Champs Elysees and so the car we were in couldn't get to the front of our hotel, not until later that day to check in and bring in our luggage. It's not the hotel's fault though.

Location was excellent! Room was good size, though bathroom was tiny. Delightful and very welcoming staff, had great experiences with them. Really good food near by, and walking distance to lots of big Paris tourist attractions. Comfortable bed.

Bathroom was extremely small, it was hard to fit in the shower. Shower also leaked through the seal. Pillows were also very small and lumpy/uncomfortable. Toilet was very close to the wall and very cramped, difficult to reach behind yourself to access the toilet paper roll too. Poor ventilation in the bathroom.

The moment we set foot in the property, we felt like home. Staff were so welcoming , friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing. We had a change of rooms due to a small sized bathroom, staff handled and looked after the matter with urgency and efficiency. Massive shout outs to Sania (reception) and Monia (kitchen) who looked after us well. Accommodated us well. All staff members were lovely.

What we liked most was the location, which we had chosen for a specific reason. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is surprisingly plentiful, with more choices than one usually has at 3-star hotels in Paris.

Although the bathroom is quite elegantly done (and evidently recently updated), the shower is inevitably small due to space constraints. Let's just say that a person in excess of 200 lbs might have difficulty in the shower. (Of course, some rooms may have larger showers.)

Fantastic location a few mins walk from the Arc de triumph and metro stations. Spotlessly clean room. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast. Nice bathroom. Very handy supermarket downstairs.

Some bits of the room were a little run down. Carpets look quite old (especially in corridors and stairwells) Mini fridge didn’t get cold, radiator in bathroom held together with tape. Lots of early morning banging and crashing (630-700 everyday). We assume this is due to the renovations happening on the first floor. Tea and coffee tray quite poor (only two cups and teabags for a three person room) and wasn’t replenished during stay.

we like everything, this hotel near everywhere we want to go by walking distance. supermarket, Chinese restaurant, Eiffel tower, seine river, champs elysees , arc de triomphe and many good cafe. We are very welcomed by Abep Jai, he made sure we got everything we need, He recommended many places we should take, the best restaurant in town, he cared for our safety and all. Perfect hotel and perfect hospitality. Merci beaucoup

The hotel is located in a central location for the major tourist attractions around Paris. The room was ample size with a closet and bathroom with a shower and tub. We used the grocery store located below the hotel on numerous occasions to picks up food items for breakfast and lunch.

The breakfast options at the hotel were limited for 15 euros. It would have been nice if there had been some fresh fruit and yogurt offered. It's an older building where the floors creaked whenever people walked around, so we could hear guests walking down the hallway late at night, and also around the room located above ours.

It's a bit of a surprise, but I'm delighted. Great place - historical location, choice of metro stations, respectable area from which you can walk to explore the city. Great breakfast, which both me and the kid liked. Cozy room with a bathroom and a large window overlooking a quiet street. Everything was great.

It's hard to say. But if you're picky, there's no latch on the bathroom door. The kid was a little worried. But otherwise, everything's great.

The hotel is in an awesome location, a few minutes walk to Arc de Triomph and the metro. The airport is also easily accessible. The room was of course small, but well equipped and clean. Luggage store is available if you want to store your baggages after check out.

The walls are extremely thin, I had trouble sleeping as I am a light sleeper. You can hear people talk and watching TV in the next room.

Location is what attracted us to book - it's a short walk to Champs Elysees. Concierge is friendly and helpful, I booked 2 rooms and was able to get an early check in for 1 room that was already available. Convenient mart beside it to stock up on snacks and water

Hotel is accessible only by stairs so do be mindful of that in case you are travelling with strollers and heavy luggages. Fridge temperature not really working at optimum
