This property is in a great location. Walking distance from mayor monuments of the city. The metro is very close by which is very convenient when traveling to longer distances as well. As far as the hotel staff, they were all so wonderful! They made us feel like home. Special shout out to the concierge ladies and Noemi for always being so kind, helpful and going above and beyond to assist us in anything we needed.

The only matter that we disliked was the size of the bathroom in our guest room. They were very small, but that will not keep us from coming back to this hotel. :)

Each of the staff (which consisted only of one person at reception doing long shifts) was very friendly, helpful and warm. Always smiling and always willing to assist. The rooms and public spaces are very well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that hotel was quiet, both from the outside and from other rooms. Generally these kinds of hotels are not well insulated for noise. The bed was quite comfortable. Rooms are small but mine was well designed to offer maximum space considering the overall size of the room. In general, a good experience in terms of efficiency, utility and providing a welcome feeling

Rooms are small, but that isn't a rarity for boutique hotels in Paris. Bathroom functional but very very small, not much bigger than a closet. No mini-fridge in the room. Complimentary bottle of water offered only on first night

Properly was perfect for us. Starting with a super friendly staff (Sihem and Robert), they accommodated any of our questions and needs. Great free breakfast and perfect location. Hotel was super clean, beds were comfortable and had fast wifi and an elevator (we were with a toddler and a stroller). Hotel is located within 15min walking to the tower, arc and a stop of one of hop on hop off tour buses. You can easily feel, you are in a centre of Paris. There is a grocery store 1min away as well as pharmacy. We had an early flight and were early at the hotel. Sihem checked us in because room was available and we didnt have to wait. That helped a lot. We would definitely recommend this place and would come back.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond- in Particular (?Parine). She was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. She checked us in and out and helped us with a situation when the airline lost our luggage. She was so kind and was able to provide us with information regarding public transport. She even walked us out to the taxi with an umbrella on our last day. She should be highly commended. Thank you. The hotel was lovely as depicted in the pictures. With a great location close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Also close to public transport and food/drink places. The room was comfortable and clean- serviced daily. Facilities in the room good also. The hotel really made our stay in Paris enjoyable and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The bathroom was a little small (but could only be expected due to prime location in central Paris). Otherwise couldn’t make any recommendations as very happy with our stay.

Location of Hotel is walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and plenty the shops and restaurants. The front desk staff was courteous and welcoming. Considering we were only in our room for a few hours of sleep, the overall experience was good.

For the price we paid, the view of the wall was not worth it. The bathroom was very small. The room as a whole is clean, but you can tell the carpet is dirty.

The price was really good for what we got. I traveled with my boyfriend and we had a really nice stay. The staff was friendly, breakfast was really nice. Location was perfect, really close to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe.

Although we booked a bigger room with a bath on Booking, we first got a smaller one without a bath. The lady told me I didn't clarify it on my reservation and they didn't know about my request although the type of room on the reservation was correct. In the end, we got the correct room, but if it was already taken we would have been left with a smaller room for a higher price.

Emily’s 21st in Paris … we loved everything - outside it looked glam and clean… inside was beautiful. This was my daughter’s 21st get-away and she loved the pastel colours everywhere. A request for a pink bedroom was such a lovely surprise for her too! All our things fitted perfectly in the room and was perfect for us, it felt very homely and was very clean!

The room was impeccably clean, location close to many interesting places to visit and a nearby bus stop that made commute to my conference very easy.

The room is small. Breakfast is decent but monotonous. Could benefit from varying breakfast items or mode of preparation (e.g. eggs) from day to day

We were given an attic room and thr bath/shower were too small for my husband to use. Breakfast was basic. Coffee wasn’t great but plenty of coffee shops near by.
