Everything. But please don’t book, I don’t want it to be impossible for when I return. The location is quintessentially Paris. The people, the stores, the cafes, the restaurants… I fell in love with this magical city because of where this hotel is. The bed is extremely comfortable, and much needed after walking the city. You are a 5 min walk from the Eiffel Tower, and if you book the top floor - you can see the Iron Lady light up at night. The staff - oh my heart. They are very helpful, polite and so lovely.

The location is amazing the room is comfortable and elegantly decorated. Staff very friendly. Loads of little shops and great cafes and restaurants on the street. Bus and metro nearby. The best neighbourhood in Paris by far!

I spent a wonderful week with just one problem the day I had to stay in my room working all morning and there is no cleaning after 3pm. There is no information booklet in the room with useful info such as cleaning hours, room service etc. The amenities are scarse and very basic for such an expensive hotel.

We loved the location. The evening staff 1800 hours, were fantastic.

We didn’t like the size of the room. When we came in at 8:30 pm on our last night, Saturday, November 30th, we spoke to one of your employees and explained that we had a flight at 7:00am, CDG airport. We asked did we need to check out now, he explained that no, we had someone here 24/7. Monday morning, December 1st, we went to the lobby and attempted to check out at 4:45am but nobody was there. We realized that also the door leading outside was locked so we couldn’t get out. We hollered for someone to come to the desk so we could check out and leave for the airport. It took us almost 10 minutes before someone came from downstairs in the breakfast area. To say the least we were disappointed, even though we were not late for our flight, we could have been.

Beautiful Parisian decor which is what we were looking for. Who wants to go to Paris & stay in a modern Holiday Inn? The room was small by American standards but large by European standards & perfect for 2 people. Staff was friendly & professional at all times. The room was cleaned daily, even if we waited until 2:30 pm before venturing out, when we returned at 4:30 or 5 the room was perfect. A lovely unexpected pleasure in this day of hotel cutbacks. Breakfast was delicious with perfect coffee (not expresso). We even had it delivered to our room & had breakfast in bed while listening to the sounds of Paris through the open window! A luxury we've dreamed of. The location was terrific. We will definitely will be returning. I hope it's soon!

The staff was awesome! They all were very helpful and kind. The transportation to the airport when we departed was perfect. The staff should know to use them again. The woman at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating and all of the gentlemen were professional and also accommodating. Great restaurant recommendations as well.

The breakfast fruit was fruit cocktail from a can. Everyone left it behind. It was a waste of food and money. Fresh fruit is a few doors down from the vegetable and fruit vendor, why not use them??

Loved the French theme the decoration…. The room was small but well done. The bathroom is new and efficient for the size. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. Paris is an amazing city so your never in your room except to sleep… this room and hotel was perfect The location was amazing… restaurants everywhere that were easy walking distance and delicious. A perfect quiet area after a day filled with sightseeing and people. And it was walking distance to the Eiffel Tower!!

The Hotel is small and very cozy. My daughter and I were there to watch the Paralympic Games and could easily get around to the venues by taxi or the metro, which is close by. It felt like a very authentic Parisian experience. The hotel is located on a closed off street so we could safely walk around among the cafes and markets just around the corner. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel breakfast served the best croissants we had during our stay. Location is about a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Perfect location, spoilt for choice with the amount of cafes, restaurants and bakerys nearby. But still felt quiet and relaxed, we loved sitting outside a cafe watching the world go by. Two women travelling we felt safe the whole time. Short walk to the eiffel tower and to the metro. Hotel easy to find, greeted by friendly helpful reception staff every time. The standard of rooms very high for a 3 star, so clean, the beds were so comfortable and the sheets felt luxury. USB sockets a bonus too.

Only thing to note would be the hair dryer in the room, the kind you have to keep your thumb on the button. If you have long, thick hair like me bring your own as you will give up half way through drying! But that's personal preference and not the hotels fault.

A lovely boutique hotel close by the Eiffel Tower. We initially had to add an extra nights stay and the hotel were really accommodating. Upon arrival we were greeted by lovely reception staff. The room was cosy, clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable! The close is in a very quiet location, you wouldn’t think it is close to the Eiffel Tower. The tower is approx ten mins walk from the hotel. I would definitely this hotel as a base during your trip. All the main locations are easily accessible by walking. However, the metro and bus stops are all close to the hotel ( a few mins walk) We throughly enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to returning in the future.

It was all perfect for us !

The hotel is in a really nice location that I felt very safe in. There’s many restaurants and cafés and shopping around. It was a quick walk to the Eiffel Tower, but what really made our stay nice was François. I felt very looked after by her and she was able to answer any questions we had and offer guidance.

The rooms are on the small side, but I think that’s expected for Paris. But they are decorated so lovely in the place is spotless.
