Location, room size, bathroom, large windows, helpful and friendly staff, duplex room with bed located on top floor. Feels roomier. Nice quiet setting to get some rest. Comfortable shower, they gave us lots of little chocolates and I love the delicate water boxes they have. Room is large for Paris standards. This hotel was a descovery and we will come back. Super, super friendly staff throughout stay.

The main concierge, although excellent during our stay, wasn't there to see us off. I wanted to give him a sizeable tip to share between himself and his staff, but ended up giving it to someone else and just hope they all got it. He was very welcoming on our arrival and excellent during our stay, it would have been nice for him to be there to see us off.

Quiet and chic hotel in the heart of Paris. Front desk staff was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Great buffet breakfast with a large selection.

I would still rate the hotel high but the housekeeping staff could use some coaching to ensure rooms are up to a five star standard. Nothing major was missed just an annoyance. For example, when two small bottles of shampoos were in the shower but no bathing gel. The small box in the bathroom with essentials such as cotton pads, swabs, shower cap was only replaced once during our 7-night stay and a couple of similar examples.

Rooms were unique with premium loft style design. Huge windows, lots of light, nice color palette and harmonic decoration in overall. Modern art on the walls was a big plus. All spaces were clean and shining. Very fast WiFi. Modern and stylish hotel design suited into an old funktionalistic building was conducted with quality. The materials and colors and experimental shapes installed into this hidden haven was succesful. The restaurant space was beautiful with an extra terrace in the small courtyard inside the building. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was also very easy and quick to get a taxi. Only 10min walk to the river Seine.

Cabin space for a bigger suitases was missing in the rooms. Gym was small well organized. The premium gear was a big plus.

All the personnel are outstanding. especially would mention Darja, extremely capable, service oriented and very sweet person. she is a true hotelier at heart. also would mention Conrad who helped us make a room change. we found the hotel overall to be a peaceful oasis, sleek and clean, with superb service. the location is a quiet small street in the 7th arrondissement, handy to many tourist destinations and with a good choice of restaurants.

we had no major issues. our first room (409) had a window that did not seal completely and let in some distant traffic noise. this was easily and quickly helped by the staff who simply changed rooms for us while notifying for a repair.

The room was huge. Felt like 15-foot ceilings. Floor to ceiling windows that led to an outdoor seating area. Electronically controlled shades. There was a couch and table in the room so you could lounge a bit after a long day of sightseeing. Huge, comfortable bed with nice pillows. The bathroom was amazing. Huge bathtub with separate shower and toilet closet. Wonderful setup.

We loved everything about this little boutique hotel. It is chic and very clean throughout. But the personal service though first and foremost. On our arrival, they handled our luggages and escorted us to our room with a brief orientation. The whole staff was very nice, helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome. They actually handwrote a welcoming note on a piece of paper and greeted us by our name. They even upgraded our room with high ceilings and a balcony. Our room (121) was so clean and smelled so good. We even got complimentary water and a whole bottle of red wine. Everything looked new in our room like we're the first ones to ever use it. The curtains/window coverings operated with a flip of a switch. But the highlight of the room was the rain shower. The best shower we've ever had period. The large beautiful stand-alone tub was the second highlight. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Only a 17 minute walk to the famous tower, 30 minute walk to Arc De Triomphe and the Louvre museum. I highly recommend this little boutique hotel to anyone for the Location, top notch service, and cleanliness. I would stay here again.

My only gripe is that we did not know how to operate the strange coffee maker in our room but our room came with breakfast so we just had it in the restaurant. Also when I asked housekeeping for some paper cups, they gave us toilet paper instead. I gave them a pass on this because of the language barrier thing but the one time we had our room cleaned, they forgot to put a flat bed sheet on our bed. We didn't really mind it a bit since the comforter was very comfortable anyway. Other than that, everything was impeccable.

Location is perfect if you want to access the best sights in Paris and be around authenticity. Good bathrooms with the rooms. The spa is ok.

The decor is starting to get tired and the rooms aren’t so comfortable. The breakfast is poor value for money - there’s lots little cafes a stones throw away. There’s not a lot of communal space.

Location was amazing. Quiet little street with a short walk to many restaurants, metro stop, and easy walk to Eiffel tower. The room was beautiful, so comfortable, and romantic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

the hotel is conveniently located in the seventh near napoleon's tomb, a stone's throw from the eiffel tower and close to the rodin museum, convenient to the champs and close to the centre, nice, clean and very helpful staff, good breakfast, reasonable value for money,
