the room was big. the bed very comfortable. the room was very quiet too.

we were on 2nd floor with no elevator. elevator only to the 1st or 3rd floor

Everyone at the hotel is awesome and make the hotel awesome. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so wonderful. Great location. Lovely food at breakfast.

Nothing. Everything and Everyone is great. What would be great is ‘colder fridge temperature’ and if could have had water all week in place of Coca Cola as requested at front desk ( don’t drink soft drinks is why ) along with only coffee and no decaf ( last day they did only add coffee ). These aren’t not likes but little things only that requested and never happened. Also would be nice to have more information about excursions but ok without as got info online.

The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. arrived early and they looked after my luggage while I went to look around the city. they even popped it into my room for when I arrived. lovely breakfast great choice and selection and the free minibar was lovely topped up with still and sparkling water, orange juice and coke. The breakfast had hot and cold selections aswell as tea and coffee and it ran from 7.30am to 10.30am. The staff were always so helpful and stayed in touch during my stay to make sure I had all I needed and to arrange my transport when I left. The hotel is very clean and there is also a nice gym in the basement which has a great treadmill, rower, bike, a selection of dumbbells from 4-14kg and also an excellent all round resistance strength training machine. I found the room while small ( it was a single occupancy double room however) it was incredibly comfortable; the bed was very nice and the room itself was peaceful and quiet

would be helpful to top up the teas and milk in the room each day for us Irish who love our tea hahah and save me asking each evening (especially when drowned after that epic thunder storm) but otherwise I can’t fault it

The hotel was very good, the room I got was spacious and beautiful. Wifi worked well. Staff was very polite and receptive.

They shifted from plastic water bottles to reusable glass bottles during my stay. Although this is good for sustainability purposes, the housekeeping was not refilling by bottles, so I had everyday to take the two (quite heavy) glass bottles downstairs to ask for refil. During my stay some maintenance staff was sent to my room without my authorization or notice to fix the blinds. Not only they didn't fix it at first (when I opened it a tape came down from the ceiling, so another gentleman came back on the following day) but they also moved some of the furniture and didn't put it back in place - when I got back to the room, it looked like someone had broke into it to be honest. Breakfast was very mediocre.

Very accommodated staff and great location. We had booked two rooms, one duplex for family of four and one executive deluxe for two. We didn't know the room layout prior. It turned out the duplex is great, two floors and have a little den . However, for the executive deluxe room, there'r two types. We were put in the two floors one on the ground floor so is next to our friend's duplex room. It is great if you are ok there's no window to open. For us, we need to open window with fresh air, the thought of no open window suffocates me. We asked if we can change back to room with one floor only and with window. Luckily there's opening and the staff quickly switch the room for us.......so if you need open window, make sure ask for non-two floors room.

Everything is great except there's room for improvement for the breakfast. Beverage/coffee options are great but can add a bit more fresh food to the breakfast bar. Love the fresh squeeze orange juice option!

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to Concorde and Arc de Triomphe.

The duplex room was inconvenient with the beds above and the toilet below. No direct ventilation. Only in the courtyard. There was no bellboy at the time of our checkout. The reception staff helped us to get the bags down( there is a staircase), but we had to push the bags all the way to the end of a long street on account of a road blockage. Completely unacceptable in a hotel in this category. The taxi that they called for us for airport transport was lousy. Not clean, didn’t accept card payment though the receptionist had said he would. We had to exchange at the airport with a terrible rate.

The room was small and way too dark

The location is central - you have the Arc de Triomphe on one end, the Ministry of the Interior on one corner, the Champs-Elysees on the other end. But this also means you don't have good-value restaurants nearby. The breakfast was very good, and I enjoyed having coffee available at all times.

It's central Paris, so the rooms aren't going to be very large and the facilities are a bit aged. The gym is small.

Our suite room was spacious for our family of four, the beds were very comfortable, and the linens, towels, and bath robes were high quality. Nice large soaking tub and separate shower. The breakfast in the lobby was excellent, and we enjoyed the honor bar at night. The staff was the best - they went above and beyond. For one example, when we checked in, the front desk person gave us a map and his recommendations for our trip. I also really enjoyed the art and decor and the gym, which we used almost every day.

The location is great and the bed was super comfy. I've stayed here before and am happy to be a return customer!

Not much but it was slightly difficult to get to the room (due to being a single room). The variety at breakfast can also be improved.
