Vicinity with the center, restaurants and metro stations.

The location was great! Very easy access to great restaurants, cafes, shops, etc., yet it was still quiet. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was better than average. The water was hot, the water pressure was strong, and space in the shower was plenty. The closet space was abundant.

The room was a bit more rundown than I thought I would be for the level the hotel is rated. The space in the room was the tightest of any of the hotels we'd stayed at on this trip. I would suggest removing the bulky chair. It was difficult to move around the bed when I needed the restroom during the night because the chair was blocking the limited walkway, however there was nowhere to relocate the chair.

The elevator/lift was broken and we were on the 5th floor, along with my parents in law, who are in their 70s. This seems like a long term issue, and I felt that they should make you aware when booking.

Excellent central location with good metro connections. Lovely staff and very good continental breakfast.

Excellent location in heart of city on the Rue de Rivoli ( 4th arrondisement of Paris ). Metro ( subway ) was only 200 metres away . Plenty of good bars and pubs and restaurants and coffee shops and shopping centres in the area of the hotel. Louvre museum was only 4 metro stations away . Plenty of other museums in a 2 km radius . Seine river was only 200 metres away . All the five staff I met during the stay was very cooperative and courteous and helpful . Bed was very comfortable and cupboard was very spacious .

Bathroom ( actually shower area ) was very small ( 2 ft by 3 ft ) and taking a shower was very difficult . After shower , the floor would get totally wet - as shower curtains were not adequate . The entire toilet / bathroom area was incredibly small ( 4 feet x 4 feet ) and not comfortable . Airconditioning was working but fan/ temperature etc could not be altered or changed . Lift was incredibly small ( 3 ft by 5 ft ) and could accommodate maximum two persons .

the room has not a great view, actually I could not open the curtains because it was connected to others room’s windows, so it was awkward.

Location Is best feature of France Louvre. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

I am short and elderly. The shower was over the bath, but I couldn't get in. 😫

The location was perfect for what we needed, only an hours walk from the places we wanted to visit. Staff were lovely, room was ok and reasonably priced for the stay and location.

Theres no signage by the door to let you know where the hotel is and there is a door with the same number a little further down so a little confusing. The room was nice apart from the mattress not being flipped or turned enough so there was a very big dip, the view was kinda awful as it was just other windows for other apartments and such. There was also light switches on the walls that didn't do anything

the room is cozy and clean, with good quality linens, bed and shower. the location is excellent. the staff are responsive and kind. the breakfast room is cozy and inviting. and there's an elevator!

the carpet on the stairs is old, the wifi is not great, but usually sufficient (it might not be possible to Zoom, for instance), and there were only 2 electrical sockets in the room (i was offered an extension cord, though!). you can hear noise from other rooms and the elevator if you're close to it, so i slept with ear plugs and was perfectly happy.

Location is perfect. Realy close to Katetral and metro/bus station. Area has several markets, patisseria etc. Staff are realy kind and nice. Room has good street view, clean bahtroom, TV with youtube an Ntflix options, caffee machine, clean towel... For 1-3 days stay, it is perfect. I stayed one night with my sister and we feel safe during the stay.

It would be nice if there were slippers to use in the room. Since the air conditioner was not working, another heater was installed. The heater was a little old and did not feel safe, but it heated the room.
