The Mayfair Paris Hotel has got the best location in Paris, to visit every interesting place. The staff was always kind with us and ready to help at any moment. This hotel is very beautiful, good furniture just restaures. In breaf Excellent

The cleanness of the room could be better and more detailed. In any case its not a substancial issue but due the quality of the hotel it has space to improve in order to be at the highness of the other services.

The location is really good. Of course, everyone wants to be there, so be prepared for crowds of tourists even in late April, but our excursions to the D'Orsay museum, the Orangerie museum and the Sainte-Chapelle were all walkable. The staff were invariably smiling and helpful, and especially our porter/barman! Our room faced the side-street but the room was completely silent, and it was spacious, with excellent facilities - safe, espresso machine, bathrobes, etc. - with even two chairs and a really above-average range of non-French tv channels.

The temperature control for the room temperature didn't seem to work, but fortunately the temperature was about right.

Hotel is in a great central location, close to metro. Very clean and lovely friendly staff. It looks fresh and well looked after.

Did not have breakfast there as too expensive. Excellent all round. My son and his family stayed too. He booked a taxi for their last day with the hotel. It did not arrive, despite the hotel contacting the taxi again and they had a frantic dash to get to the Gare du Nord for Eurostar. There was a planned closure of the roads. We do feel the hotel should have known that and warned him when he booked the taxi the night before. There would not have been such a panic then in the morning trying to get two small children to the metro 30 minutes after they needed to leave. Our only complaint. The rest of our stay was excellent.

Hotel Mayfair Paris is centrally located to many good restaurants & good shopping areas. The reception staff were very helpful in booking taxis, recommending good restaurants, as and when we needed.

We booked through bookings.com, who confirmed by email to me that Mayfair Hotel Paris had confirmed an early checkin for us. However, the hotel receptionist wasn’t able to give us the early check-in as she said they were unaware of any such confirmation, even when I showed her the bookings.com email. So, I am wondering if it was a miscommunication. just mentioning it, so that such situations may not occur to someone else in the future.

Fantastic location - Could easily walk to shopping, the metro, the largest Christmas market in Paris, museums, and plenty of restaurants.

Only issue I had during the stay was that the thermostat in my room didn't seem to work. I never asked for help getting it on though so can't complain - was able to get temperature down by opening a window.

Location was Outstanding. Bed was good, but the pillows were awful. Too dense and hard. Why? The automatic $5 room service fee on top of the cost of the item being delivered was off putting. I have never seen that. The staff were gracious and most eager to accommodate or meet our needs. Our bathroom was large and updated, to bad there was not enough counter space and definitely needs a handrail to get out of a deep tub for safety. I would recommend this hotel for location alone.

See above, I wrote it all together. Pillows terrible. Need more counter space (or shelves) in our spacious bathroom. Lighting is attractive but doesn’t hit the mark for usefulness, I.e. makeup application and contacts. Handrail is needed for safety.

Excellent location opposite the Tuileries Gardens within easy reach of great shopping and museums. Good facilities in a venue that offered some old world charm. We enjoyed using the bar. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

I was very satisfied and will use the hotel again.

This was a fabulous hotel in a great location. We walked miles around Paris from our hotel. The cafe on the corner (which provided room service as well) was reasonably priced and delicious. The staff was also exceptional. I was shipping two suitcases home that needed to be wrapped up and tagged in a very specific way and the bell-person (I wish I got his name), cheerfully helped me prepare the bags. I would definitely stay at this property next trip to Paris.

Great location, the rooms have been remodeled so they are way better and new. Great money for value and the receptionists are very kind and hospitable. I have stayed here before and I have to stay my recent stay was an improved experience.

I don't like that the bell-boy/concierge looks very tired and under rest. I do not feel comfortable staying in a hotel where the staff looks abused with their rest days, health of the workers is a priority.

It’s somewhat old, but very charming and classy. The hotel is exactly as advertised, no unexpected or bad surprises. Best location in Paris according to my cousin who lives there. Great price. Special thanks to Aurélie and Maxime who went above and beyond for me very early in the morning and late at night with my check-in difficulties and last minute appointment for a COVID test. They represent typical French politeness and hospitality.

At the end of a road and surrounded, so no nice outside views if that is what you’re looking for.
